Greg Harrison3 months agoTo begin the journey, the staff was friendly and helpful. The car that I had requested was not available so I was moved up a level without any negotiating or discussion. I was quickly in the vehicle and was on my way to a business appointment. The car was clean, inside and outside. The vehicle was simple to return as an employee met me when I pulled in. I was also asked if I had any issues and if I had enjoyed the car. Overall an excellent experience and I would strongly recommend AVIS in Lubbock! Good job...
