Chairmans Message The world is becoming smaller with every passing day. Thinning geo-political boundaries have opened up a plethora of careers in Finance and Commerce sector. New choices are opening up in the areas of compliance, analytics, modelling, core banking and trading. Being at the helm of the economic aairs, India can seize this next biggest opportunity.

While these opportunities present themselves, the Indian workforce is not prepared to grab the opportunity. During my decade long corporate life in Finance industry, I have had the chance of understanding the requirements of the industry and the lacunae that the candidates have. Avinash College of Commerce was started with the noble intention building an ethically and intellectually rich economic workforce.

Hence, at Avinash we developed special academic programmes that empha-size on experience-driven education than the theoretical understanding of the subject. We open the minds of the students to a gambit of opportunities in the industry and shape suitable careers for the students according to their interests and skills through our CA and Beyond CA programs.

We facilitate the development of soft skills though our patented methodolo-gies that will help these young students to overcome their inhibitions and express themselves to the world. Anity towards the SocietyLove for the society is one of the important attributes to become a global leader. Students of ACC are exposed to various modules as a part of their course that will bring out the feeling of empathy towards the fellow beings. This makes them to become not only a respectable leader but, makes them a complete human being.

Ethical BehaviorIn the present day multicultural society, ethical behavior is a crucial element, which helps the individual to prosper and set an example to the society. At ACC, we ensure to train and nurture students to be ethically responsible individuals with high level of moral reasoning and social etiquettes.

Academic Faculty:ACC is designed to be a temple of learning and transformation. The services of the academic faculty of greatest importance in sustain the quality of our education. Hence, the criteria for appointment, retention and promotion are designed to attract the highest caliber faculty who continuously strive to enhance their knowledge and teaching eectiveness.

Professional Faculty: In addition to the academic faculty eminent professors and subject matter experts from industry are also invited regularly at ACC. They bring the rich experience of the industry and help the students in understanding the changing landscape of the respective elds.

Personality Development Program:Apt communication skills along with etiquette are needed for the students who possess thirst for learning and zeal to put their learning to practical use. ACC understands the needs of every student and developed a patented personality development program for the students that emphasizes on Soft Skills, Eciency in English Language, etiquette and attitude. The students from rural background are dealt with special care.

Infrastructure

The Campuses The campus is located at Kukatpally and Kothapet, the two most happening areas in the city of Hyderabad. The campuses are only a throw stone distance away from the reputed media houses, accounting company oces, business denters, service and IT industry hubs.

Hostel FacilitiesThe integrated hostel facilities help the students in peacefully concentrating on their academic pursuits while the hostel management recreates homely atmosphere. Special care and security measures are taken for girls hostels.

Classrooms The classrooms are acoustically designed with natural ventilation and have provisions for computer-aided education.

LibraryLibrary is truly next generation in nature with over 15000 volumes of books, 250 DVDs, 33 journals of national repute and 12 international journals. EBSCO provides access to over 5000 online journals and three databases.

Seminar HallA world class seminar hall helps the students in overcoming their inhibitions and prepares them for the corporate life. The seminar hall hosts weekly interactions with industry leaders adding value to their classroom studies.

IT Facilities With ve servers based on Windows and Linux, more than 200 workstations, high speed Wi-Fi and over 50 software packages, our IT Centre provides the necessary platform that makes our students industry ready.

Virtual Mentors This feature at ACC helps students to connect with the faculty of top business schools and leverage on their expertise through various virtual platforms. The virtual mentors include professors from premier institutes and industry leaders. As the students involve themselves in dierent projects, they are encouraged to explore the extensive corporate network that ACC has built over the time.

Life on Campus

The challenges that will be faced by leaders of the future require unwavering emotional strength. This not only comes from the academic and professional prowess but also the quality of soft support systems. Hence, the facilities are developed facilitate meaningful interactions and support the holistic development of these young minds. Here are a few steps taken from our side to make every moment on campus lively.

Sports Facility: The facility for indoor games such as Chess, Caroms Table Tennis, Billiards, Foosball, and Snooker are provided on the campus. Regular yoga sessions will help all the students in maintaining internal composure and carry on their work with a grace.

Canteen: Students enjoy the nourishing food at the canteen. The quality of food is uncompromising and ensures the health and wellbeing of the students. Canteen also acts a platform for informal discussions and entertainment.

Functions and Festivals:Students at ACC treat the college as their second home. Hence, we try to make their stay merrier through a range of activities. The rst eight months of academic year are lled with a range of academic and non-academic functions. Many festivals celebrated in a secular fashion on the campus by everyone.

Student Activities:Most of the activities at ACC are led by the students under the guidance of a faculty. The autonomy that the students at ACC enjoy is a matter of envy to even the middle level managers in the organizations. The students have freedom to organize academic and hobby clubs, organize interactive sessions with academicians and industry leaders. These skills will help the students in improving their people management skills and resource planning in the long run.

Intermediate

Minds of intermediate students are like tender untouched owers. At ACC we strive to not only impart knowledge but instill sense of direction in these kids. The pedagogy is also alerted to suit these sharp minds and help them develop the fundamentals in the right way.

Business Leaders are not born they are bred. This is the philosophy that drives our BBA program. Aimed at creating leaders with business acumen and agility, program aims at imparting practical knowledge through unique pedagogy.

BCom - Computers

Information technology has become an integral part of our life. It is not an exaggeration to say that the life without IT is unimaginable. Aimed at meeting the requirements of the industry by amalgamating understanding of commerce with skills in computing, BCom Computers paves a way for quicker employment.

The college takes special interest in updating the skillset of students across various software packages.

BCom - General

BCom-General is one of the oldest and internationally accepted courses in graduation. It has transformed over the years to become relevant to the pres-ent generations. This course provides a generalist outlook to the world of commerce and exposes the students every school of thought in the subject.

The students can also further career options by optiong for CA+Beyond CA Programs.

Professional Courses

Professional courses help the students in standing out among the crowd. Pro-fessional courses include a plethora of courses like Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), Cost Accountant (ICWA) and Certied Management Accountant (CMA) not only expand the horizons of students knowledge but also provide recognition among the social and professional circles.

ACC is supports its students to pursue professional qualications. Along with these, the college also suggests other certicate courses such as TALLY to broaden the skillset.
