We are happy to announce Avalon’s new Acceler-ated Program for astrologers and advanced students of astrology. This program is designed so that people in Florida, Georgia, and other states can continue living and working at home and take trips to Gainesville to attend intensives. This is an opportunity to broaden your knowledge, expertise, and keep up with the latest developments in astrology.

The intensives last 5 days, and are held approximately every 7 weeks. Students are given handouts and pur-chase any required books 7 weeks before the intensive. The student can correspond by e-mail with the in-structor during these 7 weeks.

During each 5-day intensive classroom lectures al-ternate with practice exercises, ungraded quizzes, and question-and-answer periods. The instructor high-lights key features of the material that was studied during the prior 7 weeks, adds additional material, and helps students master the material. The instructor may also demonstrate the techniques with charts of attend-ees. Students can gain clarification on any areas that are unclear and explore areas of particular interest.

This accelerated program is designed specifically for people who have learned the basics and even material well beyond the basics. This is Avalon’s PAC (Profes-sional Astrology Certificate Program) given in an accelerated and advanced format. Graduates of the PAC program can take additional classes in the TACC (Theoretical and Applied Cosmic Cybernetics) pro-gram and/or take the ISAR certification exam if they wish. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:If a student should be terminated or cancel for any reason, all refunds will be made according to the following refundschedule:

1. Cancellation must be made in person or by certified mail.2. All monies will be refunded if the school does not accept the applicant or if the student cancels within three (3)

business days after signing the Enrollment Agreement and making initial payment3. Cancellation after the third (3rd) business day, but before the first class, will result in a refund of all monies paid,

with the exception of the registration fee.4. Cancellation of any course prior to 10% completion of that course will result in a full refund of the payment for

the course.5. Cancellation after 10% of the completion of any course, but prior to 20% of the completion of the course, will

result in a pro rata refund computed on the number of hours completed to the total course hours.6. Cancellation after completing 20% of any course will result in no refund for that course.7. Termination Date: The termination date for refund computation purposes is the last date of actual attendance by

the student unless earlier written notice is received.8. Refunds will be made within 30 days of termination or receipt of Cancellation Notice.9. A student can be dismissed, at the discretion of the Director, for insufficient progress, non payment of costs, or
