Fabulous Paws owner Brittanie Varena makes pet beds ($30-$300) for dogs and cats out of repurposed items such as suitcases, drawers, end tables and TV cases.

Shady Oaks Gun Range in Cedar Park offers 10 indoor, 25-yard shooting lanes with adjustable lighting.

Faith-based gifts at the shop include rosary beads, crucifixes and statues of saints. The store also sells decorative crosses, gift cups, picture frames, jewelry and artwork. Other items include children’s, nonfiction, devotional and gift books as well as music and DVDs.

Holiday-themed gifts at the shop include molded chocolate turkeys and Christmas trees as well as candy bark in gingerbread, egg nog and peppermint flavors. The store also sells truffles in hot cocoa, candy cane and sugar cookie flavors.

Customers may purchase gift certificates in increments of $25, $50 and $100. Gift cards for one to 11 range sessions are also offered. A $50 certificate would cover one lesson, except for tax. Customers can bring their own firearms or choose from a selection of rentals.

Local candies include ornament desserts ($18), available in salted caramel, peanut butter and bourbon pecan flavors.

Time Masters, which celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2016, offers watch and clock repair as well as other gifts.

The candy store features locally made foods, such as cookies and peppermint bark from Fox Confections, candy bars from No Cow Chocolate and caramels from Coover Caramels in Cedar Park. Customers can choose gift baskets or stocking stuffers such as vintage candies, which are sold by weight. The store also stocks novelty gifts and candies such as 5-pound gummy bears.

The watch and clock repair shop doubles as a gift store, selling items such as puzzles; candles; and chess sets with Civil War, World War II and Crusades themes. The business also sells watches for men and women as well as collegiate accessories. Other items such as holiday-themed notepads and reading glasses are also available.
