VALVE SECTION

“Thumb Tee’s” use a second set of ball valves that enables hoses to stay connected and lock the thumb in place. (Shown with manual flow control valve)

Tube placement keeps a compact profile and minimum-to-no overhang

STICK / BOOM SECTION

HCT tubes connect directly to the hose assembly. We do not use a male-to-male union to achieve this.

Tube assemblies are pre-bent for proper fit, and powder coated for longevity. Tubing and bolt-on clamps stand up to harsh environments.

CONTROL OPTIONS

STICK TUBING AND HOSES

• The stick tubes are bolted to the existing brackets on the stick.

• The shut-off ball valves [16] are installed between the tubes [1] and [2].

• Install the stick tubing assembly to the stick in the location shown in the ‘Stick

Tubing’ drawing.

• NOTE: The tubing assembly shown in Figure 1 is different in appearance to the

tubing in this kit. The figure is for illustration purposes only.

BOOM TUBING AND HOSES

� Install the tubes [3 & 4] to the front of the boom securing the tubes [3 & 4] in two

places. Use the clamps [23] for the front of the tubes [3 & 4] and use the clamps [24]

for the rear portion of the tubes [3 & 4].
