AUVSI is the world’s largest nonprofit organization repre-senting the unmanned systems and robotics community.The association serves more than 6,000 individuals from2,100 organizations in 55 allied countries.

AUVSI has become the leading globalorganization representing the viewsof the unmanned systems and roboticscommunity to legislators and regulators.

The association is involved withefforts to increase access and safelyintegrate unmanned aircraft into publicairspace, create standards for alltypes of unmanned systems androbotics, address restrictive exportcontrol policies, expedite licenseapprovals for unmanned systemstechnologies and establish affiliateorganizations that will engage legislators and regulators at thelocal and national level on behalf of unmanned systems proponents.

AUVSI is committed to working withits members to shape global policy byadvocating on behalf of the unmannedsystems and robotics community,monitoring legislation and assessingthe global impact of the industry toensure that obstacles to advancementand fielding of unmanned systemsand robotics are removed.
