This season we are relaunching our popular Secret Garden brunch, enhanced

with rotisserie and raclette stations. A fun and relaxed occasion for the whole

family, we invite you to experience this quintessential Dubai tradition to the

mellow sounds of our resident guitarist. As the sun sets beyond the iconic Palm,

discover award-winning Italian cuisine in Social by Heinz Beck, authentic Viet-

namese flavours in LAO and Mediterranean delicacies in Palm Avenue.

Join Chef de Cuisine Mai Nguyen for an exclusive interactive cooking class

that takes guests on a gastronomic journey to the heart of Vietnam. The

bespoke experience starts at the hotel’s organic garden, selecting fresh herbs

that will be used to compliment ingredients in the traditional Vietnamese

dishes, such as mouth-watering fresh Vietnamese rolls and Pho. Guests can

then enjoy their masterpieces accompanied by a signature ice tea.

The exclusive secret Garden brunch returns at Waldorf Astoria Dubai

Palm Jumeirah. Experience a culinary journey for the senses: offering

curated dishes prepared with the freshest ingredients from the organic

garden, complemented with live cooking stations as well as a rotisserie

you whilst you dine. The Secret Garden Brunch is set to be a truly

journey. Start with aperitif and canapés in Peacock Alley as the sun starts to set

Social by Heinz Beck and finally, indulge in desserts, cocktails and shisha by

the beach in Palm Avenue in a traditional Majlis setting. A dedicated butler will

Built around the famous concept of High Tea, Indulgent Saturdays is

complimented by a series of savoury and sweet canapé, bespoke tea trolley

and special tea infused cocktail creations. Bringing together the best of high

tea and brunch, the weekly event offers an elegant way to relax and enjoy the

surroundings of the iconic Palm Jumeirah while listening to the smooth melodious

by our resident pianist and guitar duo.

Ladies are promised a vibrant culinary evening with an innovative

Palm Avenue brings the barbecue experience to the beach with a specially

crafted menu consisting of appetizers, grilled meats, an array of side dishes and

Our resident DJ plays tropical beats in the pool area whilst guests may lounge

by the beach with a refreshing beverage in hand and enjoy flavoured shisha of

Experience an unforgettable movie night under the stars as you sit

comfortably on the beach as you watch a film on a screen by the water.

The whole family is entertained at 7:00 pm with a family movie, whilst the

9:00 pm screening provides a perfect occasion for couples to relax over

inspiring and classic films. A selection of delightful movie snacks, including

a movie tray for two, ice cream, cocktails and all the classic cinema treats

will be available*.
