Manual Rolling Shutter

Gear Type Rolling Shutters are operatedmechanically by using a hand crank /winding handle. Counter balancing of theshutter curtain weight is done by usinghigh tension coil type springs (made fromspecial steel spring wire) within strongsuspension shaft to reduce deflection.The gear operation is through machinecut worm gear. These Rolling Shuttersare ideal for small to medium size.

Fire Rated ShutterThe flame roll-up doors are designed for the closure and segmentation of large voids, both in position always open, as in heavy use. Its operation is like any electric roller door, engineized vertical opening, Directgear engine shaft 380 v. frontal displacement without compensation spring, operated by latchkey or button, in case of fire or alarm the control unit sends an electrical signal to the mail box and this means the engine shuts the door. Leaving the door fully closed and the action of fire intumescent expands board installed in the guides and the periphery of the door being fully sealed. In case of lack of electricity, the electric panel issues an order to a 24 VCC auxiliary engine which through a built-UPS * closes the door

Drive Systems

Mode of Operation (Motorized)A single phase side motor is used for small to medium sized shutters and a three phase side motor is u s e d f o r l a r g e s h u t t e r s . A d j u s t a b l e l i m i t s w i t c h e s a r e i n c o r p o r a t e d t o s t o p t h e shutter at the end of each travel. All Motors are equipped with a standard control which includes a open-close-stop bottons on a push button switch or a key switch which gives a restricted access operation on the door. Additionally, a Key Switch or a Remote can be provided as an alternate opening solution. A remote & sensing edge can be provided as optional add-ons to the motorized door.
