Welding Electrode adjustmentsNew configuration allows adjustment on the head not on the electrodes. There is adedicated adjustment that allows the heads to individually rotate 20 degrees ineither direction.

Dual Mode operationThe Accuweld has two modes of operation:Online mode is automated to work in conjunction with the 2D or 3D benders. Thismode will automate the operation of capturing the formed part off of the bender,weld and eject the part without human intervention.

Offline mode is configured to workindependently from the bender via an included foot pedal. When the welder isrotated 180 degrees from the bender, the welder will activate only from the useroperated foot pedal.This mode allows the bender to form other parts, utilizing both units at the same time.
