How much do I have to pay?

Defined Contribution – will be phased in to:

8% ‘Qualifying Earnings’ total

3% ‘Qualifying Earnings’ employer minimum

Jobholder can be required to make up the difference

Between £5,564 - £42,475*

Includes overtime, SSP, SMP etc
