Automatic Curved Sliding Doors
DORMA BST automatic curved sliding doors are anideal solution for renderingyour entrances both enticingand individual. The doors canbe designed as outwardly orinwardly curved semi-circlesand segments, as full circleconfigurations, as oval anddouble-segment units, or astailored constructions usingany combination of thesebasic shapes. The doorsystems are manufacturedas either concave or convexassemblies. Coordinated tothe architectural concept ofthe overall building, DORMABST automatic curved slidingdoors can be designed eitheras noticeable features orarchitecturally coordinatedto harmonise with the over-all styling of the façade.
They perform draught exclusion and airlock functions, entice and guidethe pedestrian traffic flowsas required, and impartwidth and depth to your entrances even where the available structural dimensions may be considered rather tight.
The specially developed fine-framed profiles mean thatthe doors have an all-glassappearance. They preventcontact with the glass edgesand protect them fromdamage.
The DORMA BST curved sliding door system can alsobe combined with otherdoors from our Automaticdivision.
Visually attractive, wide-rangingdesign alternatives
Reliable and safeAs in the case of all doorsfrom DORMA, BST curvedsliding doors set the industrystandards for reliability andease of use. The self-teaching microprocessorcontrol system ensuressmooth operational sequences combined withoutstanding dependabilityand availability. Operating in conjunction with the integrated active presencedetection system, it alsoensures maximum safety.
The doors are made to measure, manufactured foran accurate fit, and deliveredready for installation. Ifrequired, DORMA will alsoperform the installation andcommissioning work.
For emergency exits andescape routesDORMA curved sliding doorsare also supplied under thedesignation FBST with aredundant drive unit, auxiliary safety controlsystem and special radarmotion detector. They aretype approved and availableas „automatic sliding doorswithout pivot and catchfittings for installation inemergency escape routes“.
