INTRODUCTIONCar washing is an essential function of preventive

maintenance. Keeping the exterior of a vehicle clean prevents rust ,oxidation and also reduces the occurrence of fine scratches. This article attempts to relay the most common method and the significance of this pastime.

CONCEPTAs the concept of automatic car washing system, when we

are leaving the vehicle at the starting point of the conveyor. By the sensor detects the vehicle and the conveyor starts

moving to the washing point.washing of vehicle is done at the washing position.after completion of washing of vehicle, it is moving back to

the original position by the conveyor
