Software Work:

We have solved the problem and now we can configure the Allen Bradly PLC 1400 series A with pc with the help of RJ45 cable (Ethernet cable)and new version software RS LOGIX 8.10 Which we have downloaded from torrent search engine.

1.We have developed normal basic program with timer based control. 2.We have developed programming include load cell logic for high accuracy.

Structure of Solenoid valve:

Solenoid valve is an electromechanically operated valve. The valve is controlled by an electric current through a solenoid: in the case of a two-port valve the flow is switched on or off; in the case of a three-port valve, the outflow is switched between the two outlet ports. Multiple solenoid valves can be placed together on a manifold. Solenoid valves are the most frequently used control elements in fluidics. Their tasks are to shut off, release, dose, distribute or mix fluids. They are found in many application areas. Solenoids offer fast and safe switching, high reliability, long service life, good medium compatibility of the materials used, low control power and compact design.

Structure of Allen Bradly SMPS(Switch mode power supply):

A switched-mode power supply (switching-mode power supply, SMPS, or switcher) is an electronic power supply that incorporates a switching regulator to convert electrical power efficiently. Like other power supplies, an SMPS transfers power from a source, like mains power, to a load, such as a personal computer, while converting voltage and current characteristics. Unlike a linear power supply, the pass transistor of a switching-mode supply continually 23 switches between low-dissipation, full-on and full-off states, and spends very little time in the high dissipation transitions, which minimizes wasted energy. Ideally, a switched-mode power supply dissipates no power. Voltage regulation is achieved by varying the ratio of on-to-off time.

Structure of Relay device unit:

The operating voltage of the output devices is low when compared to that of the PLC. The output of the PLC is 24V whereas output devices such as gear motors and pump require only 12V for their operation. Hence the output signals from the PLC are given through a relay drive unit which drives the output devices by supplying the optimum voltage required for their operation. The 12V required for their operation is available at the common terminal of the relay unit.

Conclusion:

By doing this project we can achieve good quality of work, good efficient work by using plc (programmable logic control).now a days industry gets work done by PLC in any motion control techniques by in any machine.
