Madam:

Greetings!

The Third Year BS Information Technology students of the University of Northern Philippines are in the process of analyzing system operations and procedures of companies and organizations as part of the requirements of their subject System Analysis and Design (IT 123).

In connection to this, please allow this student to study in your school:

1. Lazo, Janus Cesar R.

The individual has chosen your school as his subject of study and will design a computerized grading system called AUTOMATED GRADING SYSTEM OF ANASTROPHE CHRISTIAN SCHOOL

As part of his study, the student is going to assess how the present system and operations in your school functions by examining the inputting and processing of data. He is going to gather sample forms and documents, conduct interviews with some of your personnel, and to observe the flow of your business or office operations.Your kind approval to this matter will be highly appreciated.

Very truly yours,

SGD. HAROLD L. COSTALESInstructor, System Analysis and Design
