Executive Summary

Turner & Townsend are one of the largest

independent international global Construction

and Management Consultancies with over 60

years experience and 54 offices worldwide.

We consolidated our European operations in

1993 as a direct response to increasing

demand from global corporations for a

geographically wider approach to construction

consultancy.

In order to provide the best possible service

to our clients within Europe, we believe very

strongly that local markets can only be truly

served by local knowledge and experience.

We have created a core team of people with

direct automotive retail experience, based in

our London office, that are responsible for the

delivery of high quality projects within the UK

and mainland Europe markets

Our automotive experience enables us to

fully consider a wide range of solutions,

Increasingly, we are being asked to consider
