1.5 Submission deadlinePlease submit your full paper before 21th January 2019 via the online submission system.We would like to emphasize that abstract acceptance does not mean automatic acceptance of your paper. The extended papers are peer reviewed, and thus the final decision for paper acceptance will be based on this final paper review, after the final paper submission.

2 SECTION HEADINGS AND TEXT STYLE2.1 Heading 1Format of section headings: bold capitals Times New Roman 12 pt. Line spacing before and after a heading is 18 pt and 6 pt, respectively. Please use the preset style Heading 1. Use consecutive numbering of the sections; the preset style comes with automatic numbering. Introduction and References are not required to number (you may use the separate preset formats Introduction heading and Reference heading).

2.2 Heading 2Secondary headings are typed in initial capitals. Please limit the depth of headings to major and secondary headings.

2.3 Normal text style and listThe normal text is typed in Times New Roman 12 pt, justified with single line spacing.For numbered or bulleted list please use the provided style templates 1. List numbered List bullet.

3 FIGURES, TABLES AND EQUATIONS3.1 TablesTables prepared in basic word format are preferred. Tables must be referred in the text in the format as Table 1. The smallest font size in the table shall not be smaller than 10 pt.

3.2 EquationsUse the equation editor of Word or preferably MathType with the standard settings (12pt italic Times New Roman). Equations shall be numbered. An example is given in Eq. (1).

3.3 Figures, diagrams, illustrationsFigures, diagrams, illustrations should have a resolution of 600 dpi. Reference to the figures shall be given in the text. Two-column figure arrangement as shown in Fig. 1 is allowed: use a table format without borders. The smallest font size in the figures shall not be smaller than 10 pt.

4 PRESET FORMATSUse the Formats as shown in this template to get a consistent layout of the conference proceeding. See the Styles toolbox in the Home tab of your word program.

5 SUMMARY AND ACKNOWLEDGMENTSummary and acknowledgments are optional. Numbered reference list shall be given as follows.

REFERENCESReferences in the text should appear (1), (2), (3), etc. Use a comma (not an en dash) between two consecutive reference citations, e.g. (1, 2). Use an un-spaced dash to indicate a numerical range within reference citation, e.g. (4–6). References should appear in numerical order in the text and listed numerically in the reference list at the end of the paper. Thus the order of the list matches the order of appearance of references in the text. Please use Microsoft Word’s built in Reference Manager to enter your references here and chose the format ISO 690 Numbered Reference.
