CeremoniesWe offer true ‘on the beach’ wedding ceremonies with everything you need for your day, including the following: Four Post Arbor, Natural Wood Folding

Chairs, and Beach Wedding Permit. Indoor wedding venue options on the following pages are also available for your ceremony.

Tiki Beach Wedding VenueBeach House features the only beachfront venue on Hilton Head Island where dinner and drinks can be served on the beach. Our

beautiful new wedding tent adds a touch of glamour and can be personalized for your tastes. Ideal for 100-250 wedding guests, host

the beach wedding of your dreams with us.

Tiki Beach Wedding Venue includes the following: 60x40 beach tent, tables, natural wood folding chairs,

white or burlap linens and napkin color of your choice, glassware, china, silverware, standard centerpieces, and dance floor.

The Dunes Wedding VenueThe perfect outdoor beach reception venue and one of our most popular spots. This beach setting is ideal for 50-100 guests. Gorgeous views of the

ocean during your event, café lighting surrounding the event space and beautiful trees make an incredible backdrop for your guests. This venue can

go all out casual with games and s’mores by the fire before or after your reception or all out glam with an elegant candlelit dinner.

The Dunes Wedding Venue includes the following: tables, natural wood folding chairs, white or burlap linens and napkin color

of your choice, glassware, china, silverware, standard centerpieces, dance floor, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and cafe lighting.

Sky Room Wedding VenueThe Sky Room offers stunning panoramic views of the ocean and an open-air deck, located on the 2nd floor of the resort.

Our wedding guests have been known to add Adirondack chairs, high top tables for an upscale cocktail hour on the deck or keep it casual

with games and fun for the kids. Ideal for 50-90 guests.

The Sky Room Wedding Venue includes the following: tables, natural wood folding chairs, white or burlap linens and napkin color of your choice, glassware,

Ocean Room Wedding VenueIntimate indoor space for a rehearsal dinner, ceremony or reception with views of the ocean. The Ocean Room can accommodate 20-50 guests

and newly added attached outdoor deck brings additional space for your event. Plan a barbecue buffet or Lowcountry Boil plus a beer and wine bar,

for an event your wedding guests will be talking about for years to come.

Sand & Surf Ballroom Wedding VenueIdeal for larger parties, the Sand & Surf Ballroom can accommodate 100-200 wedding guests for a reception.

With plenty of room for a large dance floor, DJ, or live band, the ballroom can be fully transformed into

your one of a kind wedding venue. Allow us to make your vision a reality.

STATIONS: A traditional Southern style reception, which includes several chef attended

stations and is designed to keep guests mingling and moving throughout the space.

BUFFET: Menu selections are arranged on a long table

for guests to help themselves. Assigning guests to tables is recommended. Seating

for full guest count is required.

PLATED DINNER: Menu selections are delivered to each guest.

Includes assigned seating for full guest count, along with place cards at each place

setting. Menu denotations are required.
