Airport Operations Update
Third MB-5 snow removal machine delivered.
Boise hosted the AAAE Airfield Maintenance Conference. Nearly 40 attendees participated in a tour of the airport.
Jordan Bauer selected as new Airport Security Manager.
Operations supervisor, Phil Harris, passed the ACE COM exam.

Part 150 Noise Study & Master Plan Update
The Part 150 Noise Study was accepted, and comment period is over. The FAA is currently reviewing the Noise Compatibility
Plan. The airport has responded to all individuals who have
previously commented.
The Master Plan contract has been awarded to Ricondo and Associates. The project will take approximately 18 months to
complete. Stakeholders will be part of the process.
Airfield Updates General aviation apron rehabilitation, Scheduled completion by September 7, 2016.
VALE Grant utilized for FedEx. Electric ground support equipment will reduce fossil fuel emissions.
Passenger loading bridge extended at gate 21 to accommodate larger aircraft.
New Website Live
Fully responsive website. Will scale properly to any phone, tablet, laptop,
etc.
Divided into two sections: Traveler: Flight Status, Nonstop Routes, Airport
Guide, Parking, etc. Corporate: Commercial Development, Master
Plan, Commission Meetings, Tenant Forms, etc.
Homepage prioritizes top visited pages and important announcements.
