Lords Institute of Engineering and Technology has organized the

“ALUMNI MEET-Reconnect-2K19” on Saturday, 28th

December 2019. The event was registered and attended by more

than 300 alumni of LIET from different parts of the Country.

Dr. Mohammed Yousuf Ali, Principal of LIET, in his inaugural

address expressed happiness on overwhelming response from the

alumni. Ms. Aparna, alumni from ECE department got nominated

as President of the LIET Alumni Association.

One week National Level Workshop on

“PCB Design & Circuit Simulation”

The Department of Electronics and

Communication Engineering in association with IETE-

ISF has organized a One Week National level

Workshop on “PCB Design & Circuit Simulation”

from 3rd

to 7th

Feb 2020 in ECE Seminar Hall, Lords

Institute of Engineering and Technology.

The objective of this workshop was to ensure

that the students are educated and trained on various

concepts of PCB Designing and circuit Simulation

with theory and practical sessions. The workshop was

consisted of PCB design and circuit simulations using

with various examples. Because of Hands-on

workshop, students got an idea on implementation and

importance of PCB Design & Circuit Simulation in the

industry and the real worlds. By using this knowledge

they can develop real time projects.

Dr. Mohammed Yousuf Ali, Principal of LIET

inaugurated the workshop on 3rd

Feb, 2020 with his

inspirational thoughts and shared his practical

experiences.

Republic Day Celebrations

Republic day was celebrated in the premises of

Lords Institute of Engineering and Technology on

26.01.2020 followed by prize distribution, in the

presence of Chief Guests Mr.CA.Basha

Mohiuddin, Chairman, Mrs Rizwana Begum,

Secretary and Mr. Syed Touseef Ahmed, Vice

Chairman and all the department heads, faculty

members and students.

The Chief Guest hoisted the National flag, all the

participants saluted the National flag and pledged

to up hold the honour and integrity. The chief

guest addressed the students and faculty and urged

them to do their best and feel proud to be Indian.

Dr. Rajasree Rao, Vice Principal and HOD of

ECE Motivated the students by sharing her

experiences and expressed her views and encouraged

the students to participate in this kind of workshops.

The Resource Persons, Mr. Hamed Raza & Mr.

Rafi, from Innovative Technologies Pvt Ltd,

Hyderabad briefed about the workshop and

explained the importance of this workshop in the real

world. Mr. Sk. Mohammad Rasool, Asst. Prof,

Coordinator expressed his ideas and importance of

this workshop for the students at this level. He

expressed the vote of thanks to the Management for

encouraging to organize this kind of workshop,

Principal for Motivating every time, HOD for

constant support, Innovative team for accepting our

invitation for the workshop and students for their

participation.

The workshop was as a domain for student’s

career step and was also useful for the students in the

new revolution in technology. Finally, students got

benefited from this one week National level

Workshop on “PCB Design & Circuit

Simulation”.

A Parent Teacher Meet was held on 14th

March,

2020 to discuss the performance of students with their

parents. Parents were given feedback on their wards’

performances in midterm examinations and during

class.

It was a great interaction between the teachers

and the parents for the development of their children

where they discussed both the strengths and areas of

improvements. The progress report for the first term

was shown to the parents and their suggestions were

noted. The PTM came to an end with the conclusion

that the progress of the students depends on the joint

effort of parents and teachers

National level Online Quiz in

“Electronics & Communication

Engineering"

The department of Electronics and

Communication Engineering, Lords Institute of

Engineering & Technology organized a National

level Online Quiz in “Electronics &

Communication" on 20th June 2020 in

association with IETE-ISTE. Mr. Shaik Mahammed

Rasool has coordinated the National level Online

Quiz in Electronics & Communication. A Total of

more than 500 students from different colleges have

attended this quiz.

June 2020, to enhance the technical

skills of students and to encourage them towards

enterprize goals.This webinar was organized by ECE

department. The Resource person, Dr. Y Rajasree

Rao, Vice Principal and HOD of ECE department,
