I have surveyed a mixture of genders, males and females, to fill in my survey and I have accumulated those results to create this audience feedback results. I asked 10 people to fill out my survey to indicate the outcome of my music magazine’s double page spread, front cover and contents page.

What is your gender?

My music magazine's target audience readers are male therefore I surveyed more males than females I also wanted to get opinions from the opposite gender as well because even some females would probably read my magazine as well.

What did you like the most?

Many people preferred the front cover of my music magazine this shows that the most interesting aspect is the front cover which is the first thing that my audience will see and will attract them to buy my magazine therefore it is key to make the front cover interesting and pleasing to my readers.

How do you feel about the colour scheme on my Front cover?

They have stated that the colour scheme on my front cover works very well which shows that the colour scheme that I have used is very effective to my audience. The same amount of people said that it was quite overwhelming and doesn’t work.

From the people that I have surveyed they have stated that they like the front cover of my magazine the best, second is the double page spread and a fair amount of people liked my contents page. This shows that the front cover made a great impact on my chosen audience which is the whole function of the front cover.

They most favourite aspect of my contents page was the layout which was the thing that struck them first. I did a conventional 3 column page layout which most magazines’ contents page has. This shows great results as many people liked it. They also found the colour scheme as their second favourite aspect of the page.

I have accumulated my result where most people said that the images where their favourite aspect of the Double page spread which was good because the images where mostly featured on the double page spread; the colour scheme came close as well. These two were the most voted as their favourite on my double page spread.

Do you think my article on my double page spread was good?

Many people that I have asked said that the article that I have done was good and they enjoyed reading it. 7 out of 3 people stated that the article was good and interesting to read.

On a scale of 1-5, with 1 being an amazing layout and 5 for a terrible layout, how well do you think

the outcome of the layout is on the page that I have created?

The results are biased to the layout being very good, the same amount of people said that the layout was amazing and satisfactory. This shows that my front cover looks professional looking and it has a very good layout according to my audience that I have surveyed.

The layout on my contents page is also average similarly like the double page spread and some though it was very good; for some it wasn’t quite right.
