When bidding, raise your hand, napkin, or if necessary, stand to get the attention of the auctioneer or one of his ring men. All high bidders are responsible for payment of auction items prior to leaving Convention. The auctioneer will settle any disputes regarding the bids during the live auction. Please make note that some auction items do not include the following, unless specified: Travel expenses to and from destination, lodging and meals, alcoholic beverages, packaging, shipping and gratuities.

All goods in the Grand Auction have been acquired and obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by TWA and is advised, in the case of knives or other weapons, to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods in the live auction are sold “as is” and without and/or implied warranty on the part of TWA.

A “Buyer Acknowledgement Form” will be given to the high bidder immediately following the auction of each item. Any failure to execute the Buyer Acknowledgement Form promptly will result in the auction item immediately being re-auctioned. All high bidders must pay in full for the auction item(s) on Sunday, July 17th, from 8:00 am–Noon at the registration desk.

Spring 2017 Rio Grande Turkey Hunt for Two on the MT 7 Ranch Hunt the spring 2017 Turkey Season for Rio Grande wild turkeys on the MT7 Ranch in Breckenridge, Texas. MT7 Ranch is 22,000 acres in the Cross Timbers and Prairies eco-region located 100 miles west of Ft. Worth in Stephens County near Breckenridge. This hunt package is for 2 hunters for two days and two nights. Your hunt will be fully guided and includes two mature gobblers (1 gobbler for each hunter), food, drinks, lodging, blinds, decoys, and transportation while on the ranch as well as cold storage for your bird prior to your departure. The ranch has a nice mix of upland and riparian habitats that support excellent turkey numbers and good turkey hunting. The MT7 Ranch actively manages for turkey habitat and is currently involved in its 7th year of turkey research with the National Wild Turkey Federation, Texas A&M University, and Louisiana State University. MT7 was TWA’s Region 3 Landowner of the Year for 2014 and is the TBGA statewide Landowner of the Year Awardee for 2015.
