Our insolvency division represents both creditors and debtors in insolvency, strategic restructuring and turnarounds, as well as the management of businesses prior to liquidation.

Property Law & Conveyancing


Death is inevitable and when a loved one passes away, the world does not wait for us to come to terms with the loss and the change. We may not want to consider or entertain the idea of dealing with issues, such as the winding-up of the deceased estate. However by law; you are compelled to have the deceased estate reported to the Master of the High Court, in the jurisdiction where the deceased usually resided within six (6) weeks of the date of death.

Employment Law


Strauss Daly offers a pre-legal debt collections call centre with sites in South Africa, Durban and Namibia. We also have a collections footprint in Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland.

Our skilled, motivated, highly-trained staff are able to deal with both delinquent debtors, and can act in a client liaison capacity. With this in mind, our collection agents are more productive and maintain relationships with debtors through quality telephone calls, SMS, MMS, emails and letters of demand.

We have many years of experience creating customised collection strategies that work alongside existing methods of collection. We utilise the very latest in online technology to automate the professional management of Debt Collection and end-to-end legal solutions, up to, and including litigation.

Our processes provide industry-specific end-to-end receivable management solutions that include early delinquency, pre-legal collections, Letter of Demand letter series, early stage collection service, later-stage contingency collections, and if appropriate, litigation on a national scale.
