The new faces at GASSER PARTNER have acquired in-depth expertise in specific legal fields, apply net-worked mindsets and working practices, and focus on the particular challenges associated with advising and representing international clients. This makes them particularly valuable for our law firm and for our clients. Mag.iur. Sebastian Auer LL.M. (KCL) studied general law and commercial law at the University of Inns-bruck and at the distinguished King�s College in London (Master of Laws with specialism in European Competition Law), and worked at a law firm in Aus-tria for several years, where he was also admitted to the bar. He will be strengthening above all our know-how in the fields of commercial and corporate law, litigation as well as trust and foundation law. Mag.iur. Christina Preiner LL.M. is currently work-ing towards her doctorate in Zurich, and has also co-authored a number of publications in the field of banking and securities law. Having worked inter alia for the European Financial Markets Authority ES-MA, she is able to contribute valuable experience in this field and will further reinforce our law firm's excellent reputation in the field of banking and fi-nancial market law. MLaw Tina Ehrenzeller is not merely a Swiss attor-ney-at-law, but also has a Bachelor of Arts in English Linguistics and Literature. After graduating, she worked as an Associate within the White-Collar Crime and Compliance Team at Schellenberg Witt-mer in Zurich. She will now be able to contribute her experience of legal cases with international di-mensions. In addition to compliance, another key field will be data protection law. Mag.iur. Markus Pinggera LL.M. studied in Inns-bruck and at the London School of Economics

(LL.M. in Banking & Finance) and has extensive experience in commercial law consultancy for inter-national clients. In recent years he worked as a Sen-ior Associate at Binder Grösswang in Vien-na/Innsbruck. Starting in July, he will strengthen GASSER PARTNER’S expertise in the field of Euro-pean and public business law, with a particular focus on banking and statutory supervisory issues. Mag.iur. Eva-Maria Rhomberg studied law in Vien-na and Innsbruck, and gathered experience at the District and Provincial Court in Innsbruck and at the Federal State of Tyrol where she was appointed inter alia as an acting member of the Ethics Commit-tee of the University of Innsbruck for patient repre-sentation. Before joining GASSER PARTNER, Eva-Maria Rhomberg was a legal trainee at the Liechten-stein Financial Market Authority. After graduating in law, Mag.iur. Carola Bachmann worked for the Liechtenstein Government at the Ministry for Infrastructure and Environmental Af-fairs, as well as Sports, and gathered professional experience at a number of distinguished law firms. Before joining GASSER PARTNER, Carola Bach-mann worked for the Liechtenstein Government at the Ministry for Social Affairs.
