ATTENTION PARENTS & SENIORS! Senior Photo Instructions for the 2022 Yearbook Deadline: September 30, 2021 All seniors are responsible for submitting their own photo by September 30, 2021. This is the photo that will be included in the senior section of the book called Portraits. This photo can be taken by you, a family member, or a photographer. A list of suggested photographers are listed in this document. It is very important that every senior has his or her photo taken and emailed to us in a timely manner so the yearbook staff can meet the publisher’s deadlines. If we do not receive the photo prior to the deadline, the senior’s name will be listed as camera shy. Students who do not adhere to the attire requirements listed here and in the Code of Conduct will not be printed in the yearbook. o Head & Shoulders only; (avoid full length body--these could be used for senior ads instead) o No props in picture o No pets in picture o No hats on in picture o No sunglasses on in picture o No hands showing o Nothing inappropriate on or in background o Clothing adheres to the dress code detailed in the code of conduct (see next page for the Dress and Grooming Code of Conduct) o Picture can be taken outside or inside The photo should be submitted via email to [email protected] ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30, 2021: Digital format: High Resolution.jpg, 300 dpi resolution 2 x 2.5 portrait layout The file name of the photo should be: LastFirst.jpg example: SmithJohn.jpg If a senior has difficulty in making these arrangements, he or she is responsible for speaking to the yearbook advisor Mrs. Harshman before the deadline. Arrangements can be made for the picture to be taken free of charge at the high school as long as the student makes us aware of that request.
