die laity.

Read carefully the differences between thetwo Ten Commandments. The first is thelaw as it was written by God and given to theworld; the second is the law as changed bythe Roman Catholic Church. You can seethat the second commandment that forbidsidol making and worship has beencompletely removed in the Catholic versionof the law, and to make up for the shortfallthey have taken the tenth clause in the law ofGod and have split it into two separate lawsthus making back ten clauses. Also, youwould observe that the fourth clause inGod's law is now the third clause in theCatholic version, and it is so ambiguouslyworded so that are would not know whichday is the Sabbath of YHWH. This wasdone by the Church in order to hide the fact

that it is the seventh day (known todayas Saturday) and not Sunday, the firstday of the week, that ought to be keptas the Sabbath day as imperativelyrequired by God to all men. But thenthe Roman Catholic Church is bold anddefiant enough before God to declarethat they have changed God's Law.God said "The works of his hands areverky and judgement; all hiscommandments are sure. They standfast for ever and ever ..." Ps 111:7,8."Think not that I am come to destroy, the law or the prophet: I am not todestroy, but to fulfill. For verily I sayunto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wisepass from the law till all be fulfilled."

Matt 5:17,18. But the Roman Catholic Churchsays: "The Church is above the Bible, and thistransference of Sabbath observance is proof ofthat fact." The Catholic Record of London,Ontario, Canada, Sept. 1, 1923."Of course the Catholic Church claims that thechange of the Sabbath was her act..." - Letterfrom Cardinal Gibbon's office, Oct. 28, 1895.By C.F. Thomas Chancellor."Had she [the Church] not such power, she couldnot have done that in "which all modernreligionists agree with her - she could not havesubstituted the observance of Sunday, the firstday of the week, for the observance of Saturday, the seventh day, a change for which there is noscriptural authority."A Doctrinal Catechism, by Stephen Keenan,p. 174."All things whatsoever that it was duty to do on

the Sabbath, these we have transferred to theLord's day." Commentary on the Psalms, byEusebius."It was the Catholic Church which, by theauthority of Jesus Christ, that transferred this restto the Sunday in remembrance of the resurrectionof our Lord." Catholic Press of Sydney,Australia, Aug. 25, 1900."The Catholic Church for over one thousandyears before the existence of a Protestant, byvirtue of her divine mission, changed the dayfrom Saturday to Sunday." The Catholic Mirrorof Baltimore, Maryland, Sept. 2, 1893. This isblasphemy, apostasy, and arrogance to thehighest, all such wicked people that "loveth andmaketh a lie"(Rev 22 : 15)_will be lost. Let us keep God'strue Law by Faith (Rom 3:31). Amen.
