Physical Model experimentsNOTE: the physical model doesn’t represent the mid se-mester design. but instead, it represents the possibility of the new design correction of which the site use doesnt require demolishing the surrounding building in the neigh-bourhood, but only demolishing the existing single apart-ment building.

Other experiment showing the other arrangement of hous-ing blocks which are arranged vertically so that it will have a similar programs with the existing apartment bulding (high rise reseidential). This idea would be the arrange-ment that would make more sense in terms of the land use of the existing site. Due to the land use inside the CBD where the residencial are more suitable in a form of tower / highrise instead of single housing block.
