INTRODUCTION

This manual aims to provide qualified technical servicestaff with detailed information, how to operate andmaintain an Atronic Harmony™ video slot machine.

Harmony™ machines are based on Atronic'sHi(!)bility™ technology platform. Information relatesto Hi(!)bility™ software release:

Release C-Level 1.2.0using Base version HBS-STD-10.0.2.41*

MONEY IN

Depending on hardware configuration, the machineaccepts coins/token and bills. Additionally the machineis prepared for Ticketing (optional) and WageringAccount Transfers (optional), and supports RemoteKey In function.

Coin In

Atronic Harmony™ machines accept one specific typeof coin or token, which was determined by customerspecification. Coin in mechanics, coin acceptor andhopper are customized to this specific coin size andweight to provide highest performance, reliability andsecurity.

Bill In

Atronic Harmony™ machines utilize JCM™ WBA/UBA-type bill acceptors to provide highest acceptance ratesand best reliability. The decal below the bill in, willspecify accepted currency and bill values. Acceptanceof each bill type can be enabled/disabled seperately.

Voucher In (optional)

Optionally the machine supports voucher redemptionand issue (ticket in / ticket out) using enhanced orsystem validation. Connection to a fibre optic networkrequires an optional Atronic fibre optic kit.

Cashless / Smart Card (optional)

The wagering account transfer (WAT) function allowscashless transfers from/to a casino managed wageringaccount by means of an external cashless wageringsystem. Card handling is managed by an (optional)player interface.

Support of WAT functionality is application- andsoftware-dependent.

Note:In order to allow voucherredemption, an optional ticketin dongle (obtainable fromAtronic) has to be installed.

GAME SCREEN

The game screen displays all player relevantinformation during game play and additionalinformation in case of an unexpected machine state.

Toggle Feature Credit Meter

It is possible to change the credit meter display fromcredit values to money values. Simply touch the creditmeter area to change the display.

Depending on remaining credits, possible bets areindicated by lit and flashing buttons.

1.Select the number of lines to play.Selectable PLAY X LINES buttons are lit.

2. Select the bet per line.Selectable BET X CREDITSPER LINE buttons are flashing.

The game starts immediately with the selected bet.TOTAL BET = LINES x BET PER LINE

If a certain combination of LINES and BET PER LINEis not lit, there are not enough credits to play thisbet. Insert money or play another bet.

SPECIAL BUTTONS

Max Bet

This button immediately starts a game with thehighest bet setting. If there are enough credits onthe credit meter to play max. bet, the MAX BET buttonis lit. MAX BET = Max. LINES x Max. BET PER LINE

Repeat The Bet

Pressing one of these buttons starts a game withthe previous bet settings.

Autoplay

Pressing the AUTOPLAY button starts gaming (withthe current bet) in autoplay mode. Games will startautomatically until any other button is pressed or playerinteraction is necessary. In case of a win smaller than5 times the bet, a shortened win presentations (<1s)is displayed. For wins higher than 5 times the bet,the full win presentation is displayed.

Gamble

Activates the double up feature (see page 15).

See Pays

Activates the info screen (see page 16)

Continuous Play

This feature allows to initiate a continuous play byholding one button pressed that starts a game.Continuous play games are faster than standard (sin-gle triggered) games. In case of a win smaller than 5times the bet, a shortened win presentations (<1s)is displayed. For wins higher than 5 times the bet,the full win presentation is displayed.

BUTTON PANEL LAYOUTS

Standard Button Panel Layout

This layout is used for games that do not feature BetStep Functionality or Win Two Ways.

Bet Step Functionality for High Bet Paytables

Configurations using a high bet paytable provideadditional bet/line settings. These high bet settings(>10 credits per line) are selectable by pressing theBET XX - XX CREDITS PER LINE button. A bet stepscreen is displayed allowing to step through thesettings. Press the SPIN button to start the game.

Win One Way / Win Two Ways

When playing win one way a winning combination muststart at the left most reel. When playing win twoways a winning combination can start either on theleft most or on the right most reel (except 5 of akind). Selecting win two ways doubles the wager.

GAME PLAY

When a valid bet has been selected, the reels spinfor some seconds before they stop.

No winning combinations on any active pay line:

• Game routine is over.

• If credits remain on the credit meter, another betcan be placed.

• If no credits remain on the credit meter, creditsmust be added to select a new bet.

Winning combinations on active pay line(s):

• Win presentation is displayed. It toggles betweenwins on each active payline, showing winning com-bination and win amount.

• All winning combinations on active pay line(s) aretotalized and displayed on the win meter.

• GAMBLE button is lit and the double up feature isoffered (if enabled).

• The game ends after double up (if enabled) hasbeen played or a new game is started.- Total win below jackpot limit is booked to paid

meter and credit meter.- A win exceeding an adjusted limit results in an

immediate payout or in a handpay.

• Paid meter is reset when a new game is started.

Double Up Feature (Gamble)

After a win, the double up feature can be activated bypressing the GAMBLE button. This feature gives theoption to wager the won credits of the recent gamein a double or nothing bet. Players can place theirbet on red or black. If the color of the drawn cardmatches, the win is doubled. If not, the bet is lost.Leave double up by activating the TAKE WIN button.

Double up is only available, if it has been enabled duringInitial Setup and in "Service Menu / Settings / Game /Double Up". Double up configuration is not availablewith credits on credit meter! The number of alloweddouble up bets can be set to NONE, 1x, 5x or MAX(which is limited by the machines top award).

Note:Double up feature is notavailable in all jurisdictions.

CHANGE DENOMINATION

If more than one PLAYER DENOMINATION has beenset during Initial Setup, these (up to 5) playerselectable denominations are available for gameplay.

1. Touch the CHANGE DENOM on-screen button inthe lower left or touch the denomination windowin the lower right corner of the game screen.

2. A denomination selection window is displayed,showing all available denomination presets. The cur-rent denomination is highlighted.Active money for gameplay is displayed in the lo-wer right corner.

3. Touch a denomination to select for game play.

4. The reel picture of the latest game that has beenplayed with this denomination is restored and dis-played.

5. The new denomination setting (for example 25c) isdisplayed in the denomination window in the lowerright corner of the game screen.

INFO SCREEN (Paytable on Screen)

All player relevant information can be displayed byactivating the SEE PAYS button (on button panel oron-screen).

The displayed info screen provides information about:

• General game rules• Paytable (in credits)• Payout handling• Winning combinations• Bonus features• Scattered wins• Autoplay and Continuous Play

The info screen can be activated also with no creditson the credit meter.

Return to game by touching the RETURN TO GAMEon-screen button or by pressing the SEE PAYS button.

CASH OUT

Press the CASH OUT button located on the functionalbutton panel to collect credits.

Hopper Payout

Cashable credits are paid directly from the hopper. Ifthe number of coins to be cashed out is exceedingthe HOPPER PAYOUT LIMIT, a handpay is initiated.

Voucher Payout (optional)

If the machine is configured for ticketing, the payoutis carried out with vouchers only, or by a combinationof vouchers and coins. The way the payout is splittedinto vouchers and coins can be adjusted via "ServiceMenu / Settings / Hardware / Printer / Barcode Payout".See manual "Ticket in - Ticket out" for details.

Cashless / Smart Card (optional)

The wagering account transfer (WAT) function allowscashless transfers to a casino managed wageringaccount by means of an external cashless wageringsystem. Card handling is managed by an (optional)player interface. Support of WAT functionality isapplication- and software-dependent.

Residual Credits Payout

Residual credits are credits that remain on the creditmeter after a payout, because the remaining creditvalue is less than one coin's credit value. RESIDUALCREDITS PAYOUT must be configured during InitialSetup. Available options are:

• HANDPAY / LOCKEDIf residual credits remain after a cashout, pres-sing CASH OUT button again, results in a hand-pay.

• HANDPAY / PLAYABLESimilar to HANDPAY / LOCKED, but an initiatedhandpay can be cancelled by placing a new bet.

• NO HANDPAYResidual credits have to be played off. No handpay.

Note:In order to allow cashlesstransfers using player cards,an optional player interface /card terminal has to beinstalled.

Note:If a voucher printer isconfigured to pay out residualcredits, these settings onlyapply in case of a voucherprinter malfunction.

HANDPAY

A handpay by an attendant is necessary, if the machinecan not or must not fulfill the cashout. The handpayamount is displayed on screen and the machine islocked until the handpay is reset (see next page).

Cashout Handpay (Cancelled Credits)

Handpay was initiated by a cashout request that cannot be cashed out by hopper or another payout device.

• Hopper is empty and HOPPER EMPTY PROCEDU-RE is set to handpay mode.->The remaining amount is handpay.

• Hopper is jammed and HOPPER JAM PROCEDUREis set to handpay mode.->The remaining amount is handpay.

• Payout is exceeding HOPPER PAYOUT LIMIT.->As adjusted with setting HOPPER PAYOUT

LIMIT PROCEDURE.

• Payout of residual credits(with RESIDUAL CREDIT PAYOUT set to handpaylocked or handpay playable).->Residual credits amount is handpay.

Jackpot Handpay

Handpay is initiated automatically when a win isexceeding an adjusted limit. A jackpot celebrationscreen and a handpay message is displayed.

• WIN LIMIT or CELEBRATION LIMIT is exceeded.The total win of a single game is exceeding theWIN LIMIT or the adjusted CELEBRATION LIMIT.-> Win amount is handpay.

• CREDIT LIMIT is exceeded, but the payout wouldexceed the HOPPER PAYOUT LIMIT.-> Win amount is handpay.

• Machine's top award was hit.-> Top award is not automatically a handpay. Onlyif the CELEBRATION LIMIT is exceeded. Top awardsof smaller denomination are added to the creditmeter, if they do not exceed a limit.

Machine behaviour

Machine behaviour if a handpay has been initiated:

• Handpay amount is displayed on screen.

• Toplight is flashing (as adjusted).

• Handpay message is sent to the online system.(if applicable).

• Machine prevents all means of inserting credits.

• Machine prevents all means of cashing out credits.

• Machine is locked until handpay is reset by an at-tendant.

Handpay Reset Procedure

1. Determine the handpay amount and write it down.The handpay amount is displayed by an on-screenpop-up window or in the player message windowin the lower part of the game screen.

Note:The displayed totalized handpay amount may con-sist of an progressive amount and additional wins.

2. Carry out the handpay according to the casino in-house rules.

3. Turn jackpot key 90° clockwise and release, to clearthe handpay message.

4. The paid amount is displayed on the paid meter.Progressive amounts which contribute to the hand-pay amount are not booked to the paid meter.

5. With voucher printer only:If JACKPOT RECEIPT has been enabled, a handpayreceipt (with barcode offset) is printed. The jack-pot receipt is intended for accounting only and isnot cashable or playable.

CELEBRATION LIMIT

The CELEBRATION LIMIT determines the thresholdfor jackpot handpays. This threshold is adjusted incurrency and is therefore independent from theselected player denomination.Open "Service Menu / Settings / Game / CelebrationLimit" to adjust the CELEBRATION LIMIT. Default valuefor both limits is the top award of the highest playerdenomination (in currency).

IMPORTANT!A top award win combination (5x top symbol)does not automatically initiate a handpay! Theamount has to exceed the celebration limit, inorder to initiate a handpay.

Exceeding Lower Celebration LimitIf the total win resulting from a single game isexceeding the adjusted LOWER CELEBRATION LIMIT,the handling depends on the CELEBRATION LIMITDESTINATION setting.

REMOTE KEY IN / KEY CREDITS

The remote key in function enables an attendant toadd or clear money to/from the credit meter by usingthe jackpot key.

• Remote key in function has to be enabled/disabledduring Initial Setup on page ADDITIONAL JACK-POT KEY FUNCTIONALITY.

• Remote key in mode is not available while the ma-chine is locked during handpay or jackpot.

• Remote key bookkeepings are available in "AuditMenu / History / Accounting / Accounting Informa-tion / Key In" + "Key Out".

Add Money

1. Turn the jackpot key to start the remote key menu.The amount of active money is displayed.

2. Select ADD MONEY and enter the amount of moneyto be added to the credit meter by means of thedisplayed numberpad. Confirm entered value withACCEPT.

3. Confirm adding money with YES or refuse with NO.

4. Release the jackpot key.

Clear Money

1. Turn the jackpot key to start remote key menu. Theamount of active money is displayed.

2. Select CLEAR MONEY.

3. "Do you want to clear all cashable money?" is dis-played. Confirm with YES or refuse with NO.

4. Release the jackpot key.The number of cleared credits is displayed on thepaid meter (in credits).

OPENING THE MAIN DOOR

1. Unlock the maindoor lock by turning the key 90°clockwise and open the maindoor.

2. A “FRONT DOOR OPEN” message will appear onscreen accompanied by an audible signal. Also an"O" is displayed in the upper left screen to indicatethat the maindoor has been opened.

3. The toplight flashes as adjusted in "Service Menu /Settings / Basic / Top Light".

CLOSING THE MAIN DOOR

1. Insert the maindoor key and make sure the main-door lock is unlocked (turn 90° clockwise).

2. Close the maindoor and turn the key 90O counter-clockwise.

3. The "FRONT DOOR OPEN" messages disappearsimmediately when the door is closed. The "O" mes-sage disappears after one game cycle.

SWITCH MACHINE ON / OFF

1. Open the maindoor.

2. Locate the mains power rocker switch and switchthe machine power ON or OFF.When main power is on, the switch is illuminated.

3. Close and lock the maindoor.

HOPPER EMPTY / HOPPER REFILL

If the hopper runs empty during a cashout.

Hopper Empty Procedure set to Handpay Mode

1. Carry out handpay and confirm handpay messageusing the jackpot key.

2. The messages CALL ATTENDANT - HOPPER EM-PTY is displayed. This message can not be clearedusing the audit key.

3. Unlock the hopper drawer (fig. a), slide it to theleft (fig. b) and pull out the hopper drawer (fig. c).

4. (optional) Refill the hopper and check that no coinshave fallen into the cabinet. Remove all foreign ob-jects from the hopper drawer area.

5. Close the hopper drawer and slide it back to theright with the lock in open position.

6. Lock the hopper drawer.

Hopper Empty Procedure set to Refill Mode

1. The messages CALL ATTENDANT - HOPPER EM-PTY is displayed. This message can not be clearedusing the audit key.

2. Unlock the hopper drawer (fig. a), slide it to the left(fig. b) and pull out the hopper drawer (fig. c).

3. Refill the hopper and check that no coins have falleninto the cabinet. Remove all foreign objects fromthe hopper drawer area.

4. If "Service Menu / Settings / Hardware / Hopper /General / Hopper Refill" is enabled, enter the num-ber of coins refilled.

5. Close the Hopper drawer and slide it back to theright with the lock in open position. Payout conti-nues when the hopper drawer is closed.

6. Lock the hopper drawer.

HOPPER REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT

To remove the hopper for replacement or maintenance,carefully follow these steps.

1. Power down the machine.

2. Make sure the coin bowl is empty and open thehopper drawer.

3. Lift the coin bowl retaining levers on both sides ofthe hopper drawer (fig. a).

4. Gently lower the coin bowl until it stops (fig. b).

5. Slide the hopper completely out of the hoppersupport guide. Do not use the coin switch or anyother sensitive part to carry or pull the hopper!

6. Re-install hopper after maintenance or install a newhopper.

7. Close coin bowl and make sure the coin bowl retai-ning levers are fully engaged.

8. (optional) Clear the message "Hopper failure checkconnectors" using the audit key.

CASHBOX EXCHANGE

Follow these procedure to exchange or remove thebill cashbox (stacker box).

1. Unlock the hopper drawer lock and leave the hopperdrawer lock unlocked. Do not remove the key.

2. Slide the coin bowl to the left (fig. a).

3. Depress the cashbox release lever and take thecashbox out (fig. B).

4. Install an empty cashbox.

5. Slide the coin bowl back to the right, lock the hop-per drawer and remove the key.

VOUCHER PAPER REFILL

To refill the voucher printer with paper, follow thesesteps (procedure for Seiko PSA-66 printer).

1. Open the maindoor.

2. Pull open the printer drawer until the paper trayis completely accessible.

3. Remove any remaining paper and debris from thepaper tray. Use the blue platen release lever (6) torelease the paper from the paper insertion slot (7).

4. Place a new paper stack with its index marks alli-gned as indicated by the label in the paper tray(fig.a).

5. Insert paper into the paper insertion slot (fig. b).The printer will automatically pull through one ortwo vouchers.

Note:The platen release lever is provided to assist inloading paper, but is normally not required.

6. Remove the excess vouchers.The printer is now ready to print.

7. Slide the printer drawer closed and close / lockthe maindoor.

8. Clear error message by means of the audit key.

READ MECHANICAL METERS (Hardmeters)

1. To illuminate the mechanical meters (hardmeters),turn the audit key 90° clockwise. This will also ac-tivate the Audit Menu.

2. Read the mechanical meters.

3. When finished, release and remove the audit key.

Note:See manual "Software / Basic Setup" for a detailedmetering description.

TOUCH SCREEN CALIBRATION

To calibrate the display's touch screen, follow thesesteps.

1. Activate the Audit Menu (turn audit key) and sel-ect the TOUCH SCREEN CALIBRATION folder tab.orActivate Service Menu and select "Service Menu /Settings / Machine / Touch Screen Calibration".

2. Touch the START TOUCH SCREEN CALIBRATIONbutton and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. Touch the two yellow dots displayed on screen.The controller uses the data immediately beforeliftoff to register a calibration touch. Therefore,you can touch the screen, move your finger to thetarget, hold for a few seconds, and then lift offyour finger. This way results in a more accuratecalibration.

4. Touch the screen and check, if your fingers positi-on matches the position of the red dot that willappear.

5. If you are satisfied with the result, touch the AC-CEPT button to continue. Otherwise touch the RE-CALIBRATE button.

6. When touch calibration is finished, release and re-move the audit key.

SERVICE GAME

This function allows simulated game play for test orpromotional purposes. The service game is onlyavailable while the maindoor is open and no creditsare on the credit meter. Hardmeters and statisticaldata are not influenced by service games.

1. Make sure no credits remain on the credit meter.

2. Open the maindoor.

3. Activate the Audit Menu, by turning the audit key.

4. Touch the SERVICE GAME folder tab and then touchthe START SERVICE GAME button. After about 10seconds the service game starts. An amount ofvirtual credits (5x MaxBet) is booked to the creditmeter. These credits can not be cashed out.

5. Play the service game.

6. To leave service game mode, close the maindoorand remove the audit key. All virtual credits areremoved from the credit meter.

OUT OF SERVICE SCREEN

The "out of service" screen is intended to preventplayers from inserting money into a machine that istemporarily out of service. This screen can also beused to reserve a machine for a particular player.

1. Open the maindoor and press the service button"located at front of the logic box. The Service Menuis displayed.

2. Touch the OUT OF ORDER button in the upper rightscreen. The "out of service" screen is displayed.

3. Close and lock the maindoor.

4. To leave the "out of service" screen, open the main-door and press the service button again.

5. Close the maindoor to return to game mode.

CLEARING STATUS- AND ERROR MESSAGES

Occasionally, machines encounter a problem thatforces the machine into a machine lock (tilt) that hasto be cleared. Also some on-screen messages requireto be confirmed by an attendant.

For example: If the logic box was open, the messageLOGIC BOX OPEN must be cleared manually afterthe logic box has been closed.

Follow these steps to clear most error and statusmessages.

Clearing a Message with the Audit Key

1. Make a note of the onscreen information, type oferror, game state, credit meter, etc..

2. Activate the Audit Menu, by turning the audit key.

3. Release the audit key to exit the Audit Menu. Theerror/status message should expire.

4. Verify the information that was noted before acti-vating the Audit Menu.

Troubleshooting with a Power Cycle

In case of a machine freeze or in case of an peripheralerror (e.g. bill acceptor) a power cycle may help.

1. Make a note of the onscreen information, type oferror, game state, credit meter, etc..

2. Open the maindoor and power down the machine.

3. Wait at least 10 seconds (until the machine isfree of any voltage)

4. Turn machine power on. Do not close the maindoorto prevent the machine from entering game mode.

5. Enter "Service Menu / Diagnostics" to check fordefective machine components.

CLEARING HOPPER JAM

Adjust HOPPER JAM PROCEDURE in "Service Menu /Settings / Hardware / Hopper / Jam Procedure" to:

• If a hopper jam occurs, left amount is handpay.

• If a hopper jam occurs, the hopper jam has to becleared. After the hopper drawer door is openedand closed, the payout continues.

To clear a hopper jam, carefully follow these steps.(Procedure description instancing SUZO hopper)

1. Power down the machine.

2. Open hopper drawer.

3. Remove any coins that may have collected aroundthe roller lever.

4. Check if coins have jammed under the hopper knife.

5. If necessary, correct the alignment of the hopperknife. The front surface of the hopper knife shouldbe flush to the pin wheel and lay gently on theshelf wheel.

6. If necessary, correct the coin wiper allignment. Thecoin wiper should guide but not hold the coin. The-re should be a small distance (<1 mm) betweencoin and coin wiper or it should only lightly brushthe surface of the coin.

7. When the coin jam is cleared, close the hopperdrawer and turn the machine power on.

8. (only if HOPPER JAM PROCEDURE is set to "pay-out continues after jam is cleared").Make sure that the hopper has paid out the cor-rect number of coins.

9. Perform a hopper test.Open "Service Menu / Diagnostics / Hopper" andselect PAY OUT X COINS for testing. Check thenumber of coins paid out and the hopper timings.If any timing value is below 12 msec, a hopperadjustment is mandatory.

CLEARING BILL JAM

Follow these procedures to clear a bill jam in a JCM™WBA-type bill acceptor.

Take out the Acceptor Head Assembly

1. Open the maindoor.

2. Push the acceptor head release lever downwardsand slide out the acceptor head assembly.

Procedure for Acceptor Head

1. Take out the acceptor head assembly.

2. Pull the acceptor head opening notches on bothsides of the acceptor head towards you and openthe acceptor head.

3. Remove the jammed bill and any debris.

4. Close the acceptor head and make sure it is fullyengaged.

5. Slide the acceptor head assembly back into it'smounting frame and close the maindoor.

6. Clear bill acceptor error message via audit key.

Procedure for Transfer Unit

1. Take out the acceptor head assembly.

2. Open the transfer unit cover by pulling on the trans-fer unit opening lever.

3. Remove the jammed bill and any debris.

4. Close the transfer unit cover and make sure it isfully engaged.

5. Slide the acceptor head assembly back into it'smounting frame and close the maindoor.

6. Clear bill acceptor error message via audit key.

CLEARING COIN IN JAM

To clear a coin jam in the coin-in assembly, follow thesesteps.

1. Open the maindoor and power down the machine.

2. Gently bend the spring clip to the left until it re-leases the coin acceptor.

3. Carefully unplug the coin acceptor.

4. Take the coin acceptor out.

5. Carefully remove coins that may have jammed insi-de the coin acceptor.

6. (MC16 coin comparitors only)Check the sample coin for proper seating.

7. Check the coin chutes for jammed coins and/or de-bris and clear them, if needed.

8. Re-install coin acceptor and plug in the connector.

9. Turn machine power on and close and lock the ma-indoor.

10.(Optional)Check coin handling with "Service Menu / Diagno-stics / Coin Acceptor / Coin Diverter Test" and "Op-tic Test".

TROUBLESHOOTING

Do not unplug by pulling the attached cables.

Do not unplug the coin acceptor while it is acti-ve (lit green LED at MC-16). This may cause per-manent damage to the coin acceptor!

SERVICE MENU

Several pages of information, configuration anddiagnostics can be accessed from the Service Menu.The structure of the Service Menu is designed to beuser friendly and self-explanatory.

• To access the Service Menu, press the service but-ton at front of the logic box (with the maindoorswitch in the open position).

• To exit the Service Menu, press the service buttonagain or close the maindoor.

The Service Menu consists of cascading screens thatcontain pages of information and settings. To navigateto the desired screen, touch the assigned foldertab(s). Use the UP tab to navigate to the previousmenu step. The Service Menu screens are numberedfor better clarity.

AUDIT MENU

The sub-menus MACHINE INFORMATION, SERVICEGAME, HISTORY, HELP and TOUCH CALIBRATION, areavailable within the Audit Menu.

• To access the Audit Menu, turn audit key while themachine is in idle mode. The Audit Menu can notbe accessed while a game is in progress or waitingfor player interaction (double up).

• To exit the Audit Menu, remove audit key.

The Audit Menu consists of cascading screens thatcontain pages of information. To navigate to thedesired screen, touch the assigned folder tab(s). Usethe UP tab to navigate to the previous menu step.The Audit Menu screens are numbered for betterclarity.

Show DetailsTouch the SHOW DETAILS button in order to view abrief description of an particular (highlighted) item.

HISTORY FOLDER (Soft Meters)

Accounting

Provides ACCOUNTING INFORMATION (softmeters)and EACH BILL COUNT.

Game

Provides last games recall, game statistics and abet-line table.

To review the last 20 games that have been played:

1. Select HISTORY / GAME / LAST GAMES.A list of the last 20 games is displayed.

2. Select a game to be reviewed and touch the SEL-ECT GAME button. Statistics of the selected gameare displayed.

3. Touch START REPLAY to activate a game replay.

4. Wait some seconds until "HIT LIT BUTTON FORNEXT GAMESTEP" is displayed in the lower left ofthe game screen. Then press the lit button on thebutton panel to start next gamestep.

5. Repeat for each gamestep until the replay ends.

Logs

Provides a money log, an event log and a backgroundexception log (error log).

Money Log:Shows all money transactions.

Event Log:Displays all events happened at the machine withdate and time (e.g. power up).

Background Exceptions:This list is intended for internal manufacturer useand should not list any entries.

Cashless & Progressive

Provides statistics from cashless transactions,voucher and handpay statistics and progressivejackpot statistics (if applicable).

MACHINE CONVERSION GUIDE LINES

Machine conversions can be classified into threedifferent types.

Game ConversionPaytable ConversionDenomination Conversion

Each type of conversion can be done individually or inany combination.

GAME CONVERSION

If a machine is to be converted to a new game theme,these areas of the machine are involved.

SoftwareGlassButton Panel / Legend Foils

A game conversion will require a Clear MemoryProcedure (RAM Reset), which clears all softmetersand game settings!

SoftwareA complete software set contains:

• Base-software, game-software, multimedia BIOS,and paytable (all EPROMs).

• A security chip (Tiny)• Multimedia-software (CD-ROM)

GlassIf the glasses of machine, topper and base stand arethemed, they need to be replaced. The top glass insertcomes as a printed graphic film (see page 46).

Button Panel / Legend FoilsA button panel conversion is necessary, if a newpaytable setting with different LINES and BET PERLINES steps is used. In most cases a button panelconversion can be done by changing the legend foilbutton inserts. A legend foil kit consists of a groupof button inserts.

Use a gaspipe pliers with soft clamping to carefullyremove the button lens caps.

PAYTABLE CONVERSION

In order to change the number of lines or the bet perline settings or the payout percentage, it is necessaryto re-configure the paytable settings or to changethe paytable EPROM. Following areas of the machineare involved in a paytable conversion.

Paytable SoftwareButton Panel / Legend Foils

Paytable SoftwareConfigurable paytable software allows to changepaytable settings by means of a Clear MemoryProcedure. Change of EPROM is not necessary. Aftera RAM Reset the Initial Setup starts automatically,allowing to re-configure paytable settings.-> See manual " Software / Basic Setup" chapter Initial Setup for details.

Paytable EPROMs are available as fully or partlyconfigurable versions. If the desired settings are notincluded within the installed paytable EPROM, aEPROM change is necessary. Change of paytableEPROM requires a Clear Memory Procedure.

Button Panel / Legend FoilsA button panel conversion is necessary, if a newpaytable setting with different LINES and BET PERLINES steps is used. In most cases a button panelconversion can be done by changing the legend foilbutton inserts. A legend foil kit consists of a groupof button inserts.

EXCHANGING TOP GLASS

In case of a game conversion it is necessary to changethe (top glass) graphic film inside the feature box.

1. Open the maindoor and unscrew the two nuts M4which hold the feature box cover (figure 1). Uncon-nect the earthing cable.

2. Remove the feature box cover and take out the frontglass and the graphic film.

3. Make sure that front glass and the new graphicfilm are free from dust and scratches. If necessa-ry use a soft lint-free cloth and a mild glass clea-ner for cleaning.

4. Stick in the game variant decals (play xx lines, winup to xx credits, etc.) to the new graphic film.Make sure that decals and game variant match.

5. Put the graphic film and the front glass into thefeature box and mount the feature box cover. Makesure the cover is mounted flush to the feature boxbefore fastening.

6. Re-connect the earthing cable and fasten the co-ver using two nuts M4 with lock washer.
