The Atlas Copco Powercrusher jaw crushers have been designed to operate in the most rugged environments - and incorporate the unique “Quattro Movement”. This “Quattro Movement” is made possible by an up-thrust toggle plate position. This causes a figure 8 motion in the moving jaw, which increases the feeding capacity and also produces a post-crush at the crusher outlet. In addition to this, the CSS is hydraulically adjustable using a moving wedge system making for quick and easy adjustments. The unit can be equipped with a main conveyor mounted screen box. Large GRP covers allow for ease of access for service and maintenance. The PC 4 gives you:

• Less blockages• More consistent wearing over the entire jaw faces• High percentage of less flaky material• Higher capacity• Perfect for use in small, medium or larger applications• Ability of producing two sellable products by using the screen box or running in closed circuit
