Additional New Observations: Demo of 215 Dean St. continued today with semi-length dumptruck after dumptruck (A. Russo company),being filled and hauling away demolished material. No problems coordinating truck deliveries with B2.

MEP - Pipework and electrical conduit continued in basement levels, primarily upper level.

Other - Hoist sidewalk shed extension over crosswa k at northeast corner completed.

New Information received:

Eastern-most mods on Dean St. transfer beam have windows facing east.

Module Transportation - 4 mods delivered to site overnight; during the day = 6 total.

Module Installation - 6 new mods installed, all on the Dean St. transfer beam, which completes the 5th floor. Mod completion at 12.6%,

117 of 930 installed. Installation Rate = 117 in 88 work days = 1.3 mods per day so far.

Module Fabrication - Ongoing at Navy Yard, still working on 6th floor mods with 142-man workforce. Draft 2-week look-ahead by FCRstates that 6th floor installation won't start until May which calls into question progress on mfr of 6th floor mods and their state of

completeness. Were supposed to start installation 4/16/14 per latest (3/14/14) schedule.

Foundation-related - Civetta on site but knockout panel areas continue to be dormant. Work unfinished.

At Navy Yard Wed., 10/16, FCR stated that first mods would arrive on site in late December/early January and that there would be a backlog

of 30-40 (1-2 floors worth) to 80 (3 floors worth) mods completed at that time which it was felt will be sufficient for production to keep ahead of

erection so there will be no downtime during mod erection at the B2 site.

The most recent project schedule is as of 3/14/14 and was transmitted to STV by FCR on 4/2/14; the one before that was 11/25/13. TCO

date now projected for March, 2015, a 2-month slip.

Previous Information received: 4/8: Jury is still out on gaskets which may be under increasing stress under weight of additional floors.

Paper documenting DOB's approval (signed 2/2/14) of no sidewalk shed on Dean received on 3/21/14.

Spray-on Fire-proofing (SOFP) to resume at ground floor and Dean St. transfer beam area this week or next according to draft 2-week look-

ahead. Must watch out that work areas contain dust from affecting other workers/the public.

Are to 'uninstall' a few of the 5th floor mods in order to correct gasket allignment issues.

Information to be requested: More information on quality issues noticed with the mods - exterior: torn gaskets, dents and scratches tothe façade; interior: lack of completeness of mods; possible quality issue with installed EPDM roof; possibility of mold in water-damaged

wallboard & floor boards.

1/20/14 - Emailed Skanska's Bill Carson stating that SOFP cloud must be contained when spraying the rest of the ground floor, for protection

of other workers as well as of the public passing by. No response. Will have to bring this up with them again. Skanska indicated on 3/5 that

no date has been set for the return of the SOFP contractor - temp must be at least 40 degrees and stay 40 degrees at night.

Additional New Observations: Tally of Apts with Signif Water Damage: 2nd flr- 9 mods (all); 3rd flr - 4 mods; 4th flr - 3 mods; 5th flr - 3mods (could not get into 1-2 units on each of floors 3-4); total apts with damage = 9+4+3+3=19 out of 39 total = nearly 50%.



Additonal ripped out ceiling holes noted in a new apt. as well as in the corridor.

Additional New Observations: 8 holes cut in ceilings near façade walls of 3 Flatbush-facing apts on 5th floor. Similar holes cut in 3rdfloor ceilings. Most of fallen/torn down ceiling on 3rd floor removed. One more storage room to go on 2nd floor.



Workers taking down temporary aluminum bracing etc. in eastern-most units on 5th floor.

Both Skanska's John Dolan and Bill Carson not seen on site Wed-Fri.
