• During the Webinar, all attendees will be muted and placed in listen only mode. I will open the lines at the end of each section and address questions. I will open the lines again during the Q&A session.

Marketing Campaigns
Marketing Campaign Notes:
• Marketing campaign management allows you to define activities required to deliver a successful marketing campaign.
• Campaigns consist of waves, which consist of wave activities.
• Waves are a way of grouping activities within a campaign.
• Wave Activities allow you to define specific actions done within a wave of the campaign.
Marketing Campaigns
Creating a Marketing Campaign:
• Open Marketing from the main menu in Sage CRM, and click New Campaign. Enter name, start & end dates, status, budget (optional), and click save.
• Click New Wave. Enter name, start & end dates, status, budget (optional), and click save.
• Click New Wave Activity. Enter name, type, details, start & end dates, group, budget (optional), cost (optional) and click save.
• Activate Marketing Campaign.
Marketing Campaigns
Link an Opportunity to a Marketing Campaign Wave Activity:
• Create a Sage CRM Opportunity, and select the appropriate wave activity that generated the opportunity.
• This statistic is now captured and viewable from with the Marketing Campaign Report.
• Go to the Marketing Campaign Report and view the results.

Link a Communication to a Marketing Campaign Wave Activity:
• Create a communication for an existing Sage CRM Opportunity, and select the appropriate wave activity & response (if required) that generated the communication.
• This statistic is now captured and viewable from with the Marketing Campaign Report.
• Go to the Marketing Campaign Report and view the results.
Marketing Campaigns
Reports for Marketing Campaigns:
• Report/statistics within each marketing campaign.
• There are a variety of reports within the Reports suite of Sage CRM.
