Track- All Met in Cross Country as a senior- Numerous All County awards- Presonal Records – 2:00 in ½ Mile; 4:27 in Mile;
9:44 in 2 Mile; 5K was 16:07- Currently Engineer Associate at WR&A in
Baltimore

Championships in New York, NY as a Senior. - Attended U.S. Naval Academy and ran Cross
Country- Placed 7th in her age group when she completed
her first marathon at age 19 out of a field of 30,000 participants.
Laurie E. Atherholt- Completed 7 marathons, 1 half Ironman, 1 full
Ironman, numerous triathlons. - Served in the US Navy for 10 years; flew the MH-
53E Sea Dragon Helicopter.- A member of the Army National Guard as a UH-60
Blackhawk Helicopter pilot. - Completed two combat tours; one in Iraq and one
in Afghanistan with over 600 hours flown in combat to protect our Country and Colleagues.
