Patmos, Greece - October 25, 2014You will set sail for Island of Patmos. Visit the Monastery of St. John,high on the mountain overlooking the entire island. Walk down to theGrotto of the Apocalypse and the caves where the exiled Apostle Johnlived and inspired by God wrote the Book of Revelation as well as otherletters to the early church.

Ephesus & Miletus, Turkey - October 26, 2014Drive to Miletus where Paul met the elders of the churches in Ephesuson his trip to deliver the Jerusalem Offering. We visit the theater withfamous inscriptions about seats reserved for Jewish citizens. Drive foran afternoon visit to Ephesus where Paul had a three year ministry andwhere the disciple John and Jesus’ mother Mary are buried. With apopulation of more than 250,000, Ephesus was the second largest city inthe world. View the Library of Celsus, originally built in 125 C.E. thatonce held nearly 12,000 scrolls. Visit the temples of Hadrian andDomitian, and the great theater where Paul witnessed. As a specialbonus, our group will visit the Terrace houses, which are not part of thestandard tour. These are referred to "the houses of the rich" and give usgreat insight into family life during the Roman period.

Pergamum, Turkey - October 27, 2014Pergamum is the location of one of the seven churches mentioned inRevelation (Rev. 2: 12-17). Towering 1000 feet above the town andcommanding a spectacular panorama is the fabled Acropolis. You willsee the foundations of the Temple of Zeus, the Temple of Athena, andthe ruins of the Library which once held 200,000 parchment volumes.You will see the remains of the Temple of Trajan, the Grand Theatre,the Gymnasium, and the Health Center (Aesclepion).

Meteora, Greece - October 28, 2014Journey today through the rock forests of Meteora, in the westernThessaly province and wonder at the rough terrain that Paul walked inhis missionary treks. Here monasteries were built by monks seekingrefuge from persecution and the world. Beginning in the 14th centuryin caves, the monks eventually moved to higher ground and builtwooden structures that were later replaced by the stone monasteries wesee today. We will visit one or more of these monasteries. Lunch is onyour own today.

Skiathos, Greece (On Own) - October 29, 2014Skiathos, Greece is a small picturesque island in the Aegean Sea. Thereare over 60 sandy beaches, including the highly acclaimed KoukounariesBeach. natural beauty with stunning views along with superb Greek andinternational cuisine make this a great place to explore on you own.

Philippi, Greece - October 30, 2014Visit Philippi, where Paul, intending to find a place to pray by theriverside, spoke to women who had gathered there among whom wasLydia, the seller of purple and whose heart the Lord opened to hear thewords that he spoke (Acts 16:13-15). Lydia was the first Christian to bebaptized on European soil. Visit the place where this event is rememberedand see a crypt dating from the Roman period, which is thought to haveserved as a prison for the apostle Paul. See the famous Acropolis, theMarket Place, the Basilica, and the Theater.

Istanbul, Turkey - October 31, 2014 We begin with a visit to Saint Sophia Church (Hagia Sophia), the largestchurch in the world for a thousand years. Visit the enormousHippodrome and the mile monument from which all roads in theRoman Empire were measured. You visit the famous Blue Mosque withits six minarets and sparkling interior. You will also enjoy the aroma ofcinnamon, cloves, thyme, and other exotic spices as you explore the SpiceMarket. We will have dinner at a local restaurant and enjoy the WhirlingDervish Show. Overnight on the Azamara Quest, docked in the port ofIstanbul.

Istanbul, Turkey - November 1, 2014 Disembark the Azamara Quest and explore the wonders of the TopkapiPalace, once home to royal Sultans. Inside, you will see the fabled jewelsof the Treasury, delicate displays of Chinese porcelain in the KitchenQuarters, and the provocative Harem Quarters. Visit the IstanbulArchaeological Museum, which is housing various artifacts fromcivilizations that have left their traces to different periods of history. It isconsidered one of the 10 most important world-class museums. You willalso visit the Chora Church. It is considered to be one of the mostbeautiful surviving examples of a Byzantine church. ACCOMMODATIONS: Price is based on double occupancy. AIRLINE ROUTES and TICKETS:In order to keep prices low, EOT does not guarantee the most direct routing to your final destination.Once “printed”, airline tickets cannot be changed or refunded thereafter. Air transportation to/fromyour destination will be economy class on IATA and ARC carriers utilizing APEX or SUPER APEXnon-refundable, non-amendable tickets for groups of 10 or more flying together on entire itinerary.

FLIGHT TIMES:All flight times are subject to change by the airlines without advance notice. EOT is not responsible for such changes or delays and does not reimburse expenses resulting fromsuch delays. If making own flight arrangements to departure city, we recommend you purchase aticket which can be changed without large penalties.

ITINERARY CHANGES:Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of this brochure. While you will see all siteslisted above, the order of sites and/or days and number of days may be altered to accommodatechanges in airline, hotel schedules, and local conditions. Due to airline schedules, some participantsmay receive one or two extra leisure days at a nominal per day charge and some extensions maynot be available on all departure dates. If itinerary changes necessitate extra overnights, you will becharged $125 per night; single rooms $175 per night. Meals for extra nights are not included.

CANCELLATION FEES: 100% of Cancellation Fees are covered by the optional Travel Protection Program providedpremium has been paid and reason for cancellation is insurable. Those who do not taketravel protection should be aware of the following cancellation penalties: From day of regis-tration to 121 days prior to departure, you will be charged a $300 non-refundable administrative feeplus any airline fees. Additionally, thereafter, you will be charged any airline penalties and a singleroom supplement if your cancellation forces your roommate into a single plus the following charges:120-91 days = $1100; 90-61 days = 75% of total cost; 60-day of departure = 100% of total cost. Submitcancellation in writing. On or after day of departure, no refund for any services not used.

FIT TO TRAVEL STATEMENT:Passengers registering for the tour accept the responsibility for being in good health andable to walk and travel on the tour. Because many of the sites are not accessible to the phys-ically challenged , those needing wheelchairs, oxygen, or other ambulatory assistance willfind the tour extremely limiting in their experiences. PREGNANCY/INFANT REGULATIONSAs to pregnancy, a woman cannot have begun her 24th week of pregnancy at any time before orduring the cruise. If you are pregnant, please provide a medical note upon arrival at the pier for check-in from your physician stating your expected due date and medical fitness to travel. If you are in the24th week or have completed it you will not be allowed to board. Because of the limited medicalfacilities, infants must be at least 24 weeks (6 months) of age on the first day of the cruise.
