ATAL workshop on Artificial Intelligence for Education

The inauguration was held on 2nd November 2020 online at 9.30 am. It was combined inauguration of 39

FDPs. Dr. Vinay Sahasrabudhe (Chairman, Parliamentary Standing Committee on HRD, Govt. of India,

New Delhi, Chairman, ICCR, New Delhi) has inaugurate the online FDP in the gracious presence of Prof.

Anil D. Sahasrabudhe, (Chairman, AICTE, New Delhi) , followed by Keynote address was delivered by

Dr. Manish Gupta (Director, Google Research India).

Other dignitaries Prof. M.P. Poonia, (Vice Chairman, AICTE, New Delhi), Prof. Rajive Kumar (Member

Secretary, AICTE, New Delhi), Air Marshal Bhushan Gokhale (Retd.) (President,Maharashtra Education

Society), Dr. Ravindra Kumar Soni (Director, ATAL Academy), Dr. Giridharilal Garg(Asst. Director,

ATAL Academy), Dr. Ajeet Singh (Regional Officer &Asst. Director, AICTE-WRO, Mumbai) and Shri

Rajiv Sahastrabudhe (Chairman, Governing body, MES) graced the inaugural function.

Director ATAL, Prof. Ravindra Soni addressed the participants about online FDP and various initiatives

by ATAL Academy.

In the addresses of Chairman Sir, he talked about various initiatives in pandemic times by AICTE. Also

focused on the motivation to teach, to learn, to shape the life of students Dr. Ravindra Vaidya, Coordinator

proposed the Vote of Thanks.
