Clients cannot be traveling in an RV and will not be permitted to park the RV on Diamond Resorts property. Clients will be contacted by Diamond Resort prior to confirming the reservation, and WILL NOT be con-

firmed until Diamond speaks with them. They will verify client qualifications, schedule the client’s tour etc. Once the customer has spoken with Diamond they will be confirmed and sent a confirmation letter directly from Diamond.

Minimum stay 3 nights, maximum stay 5 nights (anything over 5 nights guest must purchase directly with the resort during the confirmation call.

Canadian residents must have a passport. Children 12 & under are not permitted on tour. They may be put in the child care facility during the presen-

tation but the children must be out of diapers. Any required childcare arrangements is the responsibility of vacationer as both spouses or cohabits must attend the presentation together.

Reservations cannot be accepted less than 21 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 21 business days prior to arrival date will be subject to a 1 nt plus room tax

no show charge. Fri & Sat Check-ins incur a $35/night weekend surcharge.

1. This coupon provides, upon the successful completion of the required resort tour, to a Four (4) Day [Three (3) Night] hotel stay in Lake Tahoe, CA at the Tahoe Seasons Resort (or equivalent). [NOTE: The cost forgiveness is limited to the equivalent included basic budget motel cost for a 3 night value season mid-week stay and DOES NOT apply to any reservation fees, elective upgrade charges, on resort charges, seasonal, weekend or holiday charges, taxes or any fees provided for above or below.]

2. Your required tour must be attended and is normally the morning after your arrival and is approx 2 hrs. long and both spouses or cohabits must attend together. (unless the No-Tour option is selected and the $500 additional charge is paid). Because of the high value of the accommodations and gifts included in this offer and the resulting large number of people who have misused these offers by misrepresenting their qualifications to access this vacation, the host resort reserves the right to make their final determination of your meeting the required qualifications after your arrival and from information provided during your host resort tour. This means that the completion of tour alone does not constitute your right to this vacation. Also the resort reserves the right to verify your presented demographics & income with the credit bureaus and verify compliance with these terms during the course of the resort tour so do not misrepresent your demographics on this form or fail to comply with these terms as the resort may disqualify you at any time, even during the resort tour, based on received information which would result in your being charged for the costs of the accommodations and gifts received.

3. This vacation offer is valid for a family of up to 2 adults, and you must be, at the time of your resort visit, Married or Cohabiting (Non related, long term, committed relationship) or Single Woman, aged 25+ (Both) US (But NOT no: AK, ID, HI, NB, or WV) or Canadian (But NOT AB, BC, NWT, NU, PE, QC, SK, YK or Quebec) residents. Both spouses or cohabits must attend the required resort tour together. Alternate arrangements for any children are the responsibility of the vacationer. Both attendees must have Government. issued picture id showing same address, combined annual income of $50,000 US dollars; full time employed (no students) and creditworthy. Must have a current, valid, major Credit Card with your name embossed on it (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Diners Card, or Discover - No Prepaid, Debit, ATM or Bank Cards - even those with a Visa or M/C logo.). All attendees must understand read, write, and speak FLUENT English. Single Men regardless of age or Couples under 28 or over 68, are not eligible for use of this vacation coupon. Also you may not have toured any Grand Crown Resort in the past 13 months and cannot have declared bankruptcy in the last 4 years. You may not be camping nor staying in an RV.

4. To activate this request, complete form, demographics, execute charging authorization and FAX. Select reservation date up to 60 days in advance. Avoid travel w/in 7 days before or after a Major Holiday to avoid a $30/Room/Night Holiday Surcharge. *All Fri & Sat stays incur a Weekend Surcharge of $35/night regardless of check-in day.

5. Once a confirmation has been issued there are NO REFUNDS of other than base charges. No tours are permitted on Day of arrival OR departure. 6. Short notice requests may be accepted but will be surcharged. There is a $25 PP surcharge for any change once confirmed. Also, once confirmed reservations are non-cancelable but may be transferable to

another qualified party for a $25 PP transfer fee. Surcharges are increased for multiple changes and/or changes with less than 30 days advance notice. You also must be listed in our authorized purchaser data-base. Cancellations or changes made less than 14 days prior to arrival will incur a one night “No Show” Fee.

7. Your assigned Fulfillment Agency will contact you directly and provide you directly with written confirmation of your approved dates and full details of your assigned check in date and location. Initial check-in at an area welcome center may be required. Do not make travel arrangements until you have WRITTEN Confirmation from your assigned Travel Agency (ies) confirming your entire trip.

8. All transportation, food, Parking, Resort & Hotel taxes, Facility Fees, reservations, processing and handling fees of ~$15/hotel room/night (this is in addition to any holiday or weekend surcharges), transfers, telephone calls, roll-away beds, alcoholic beverages and gratuities are the responsibility of the user. Two forms of ID are required to check-in: a valid drivers license and a major credit card with your name embossed on it. No Prepaid or Debit Cards. This voucher is void as to Nevada Residents or living within 100 miles of any visited city or non-US/Canadian residents, and/or where prohibited or not in compliance with all laws and regulations. Also, this offer is not valid for group travel nor for use with ANY other certificate, coupon, voucher or discount and may be withdrawn at any time. A group is considered two (2) or more parties traveling together, or meeting at the same or related hotel/resort with the same or close arrival date or using any other Certificate, Coupon or Voucher regardless of company of issue.

9. Utilization of only 1 coupon/voucher per family or any related parties (thru 2nd Cousin) per 2 years is permitted. No credit will be given for any unused portion of this coupon, no credit will be given for unused days and unused days may not be transferred to other locations, and all coupons are null and void one year after receipt or if resold.
