meet.Meetings are our core business and having won best business tourism venue this year, we are proud that our Day Delegate rates are amongst the most competitive and comprehensive in the region.

From small meeting rooms to larger suites, we have the space and freedom to host many meetings in the KCOM Stadium. Our Executive boxes hold up to 10 and with stunning views of our stadium and pitch, we believe we add a unique edge to meetings unrivalled across the city. We work with all our clients to ensure the timings, room layout and catering requirements are tailored for each individual booking.

events.The variety of function rooms at the venue mean that we can accommodate conferences, meetings, lunches and dinners from 10 to 450 people.

Our 10 function room and 28 Executive Boxes offer event organisers the flexibility to arrange anything from small seminars to the largest of conferences. All our rooms have natural daylight, air conditioning and complimentary wi-fi access. Located centrally, within walking distance of Hull train station, only a few minutes’drive from the A63 and with over 1,000 free on-site car parking spaces, the KCOM Stadium offers unrivalled ease of access fordelegates and guests attending your event.

Our ground floor hospitality suites cover over 750sq metre giving our clients the chance to really show their products to their full potential. From Food to Franchise fayres, and even events outside, we pride ourselves on the flexibility of our stadium to accommodate just about any activity. With in-house electrical services as well as Health and Safety managers, we can cater for large scale public events with ease and experience.

Learning is very popular at our stadium as the rooms are quiet, self-contained and can be set up to suit the layout specific to our clients. We have schools, academies and professional clients who regularly use the stadium for exams, break outs and brainstorming sessions. You can also check on page 14 our room specifications to make sure we can fit your requirements in. So if you have never considered the stadium as a venue to assist learning, then give us a call.

With so much space and photo opportunities around the venue, we can provide bespoke packages from as little as £1995. With bespoke club packages on offer too for whichever team you support there is very little that we don’t have here at the stadium. It is our aim to ensure personal attentions and peace of mind. From the time you arrive and throughout the day out wedding coordinators will be on hand so you can relax and enjoy the most special day of your lives.

Our friendly staff and an experienced catering team make planning simple, ensuring a fantastic and memorable event. Whether you’re looking for a buffet or a banquet, our team of chefs can tailor a menu to suit your desires and budget and will provide a meal to remember. Add to that a licensed bar, great music from our DJs and dancing until 1:00am, everything you need to have an amazing night is here at the KCOM Stadium. From Celebrations, Charity balls, Gala dinners, Proms or Graduations, we welcome you to celebrate with us at the stadium. Dining with Tiger Events couldn’t be finer. Our Head Chef works passionately with local suppliers to ensure all ingredients are fresh and the best they can be.

With the vast range of events we host here, most menus are bespoke to the clients specified requirements, making the KCOM stadium stand above the rest in menu choice. Getting to the KCOM StadiumFrom the A63Follow A63 East to Clive Sullivan Way, turn off at the exit marked Hospital. At roundabout follow signs to hospital. At the next traffic lights, turn left over Anlaby Road flyover to next set of traffic lights and go left again, and your first left again and go under the flyover. There is ample car parking around the perimeter and in the South Stand Car Park. Please enter the Stadium at the West Stand Main Reception at which point you will be directed to your Function Suite.
