A fun-filled evening of food, entertainment and dancing awaits in the Ayrshire Suite at the Racecourse.

The evening starts with a shooter then a sumptuous 3 course meal served to your table followed by live music from a top Live Band The RD's and DJ Colin McArdle.

On arrival at our Western House Party Nights you will enjoy a welcome drink and canapés before being served a fabulous traditional festive meal.

The party then continues with our DJ who will have everyone on their feet dancing and we also have our Casino Table and Magician to keep you entertained throughout the night.

Christmas Day at Western House is a relaxing way to spend this very special occasion with a truly wonderful four course meal with a choice of menu, a visit from Santa and a pianist providing some festive background music.

The Grand Hogmanay Ball at Western House is a fantastic way to bring in the New Year with good food, dancing and plenty of fun, and is always a sell out so book early!

Terms and conditionsAll reservations will be treated as provisional and will be held for no more than 14 days pending a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person. - Any amendments to bookings should be

confirmed in writing. - An admin fee of £10 will apply if you wish to change your party date. - Full pre-payment is required by 1st October, bookings will be released without notice if the full payment is not received on time. - Please note all payments (deposits, final balances, additional guests, pre-order drinks) are non-refundable or transferable, and cannot be used towards any other products in Western House Hotel or Ayr Racecourse. - Please make cheques payable to Western House Catering Ltd. - In the event that any Christmas function is cancelled by

Western House Hotel or Ayr Racecourse we will offer an alternative date or full refund. - Parties of 10 people or less may be seated with other guests.
