Here are the corporate design guidelines of all Railteam applications such asstationary, informational leaflets, brochures and service counter.The here depicted applications show Railteam as sender within its owncorporate design.

Communication media published by a rail partner use the Railteam logo withinthe corporate design guidelines of the partner company. Application examples forthe joint appearance of Railteam and the Deutsche Bahn AG can be found here:

Corporate design guidelines

Stationery

Letterhead and business cards are important components of the Railteamcommunication. They transport the image of Railteam visibly outward andoften the first contact to a client happens using a business letter or businesscard. The design and the dimensions shown here are mandatory.

Examples for the layout of brochure cover pages

Cover pageOn cover pages may the graphicelement be used with or without text.On the graphic element itself is onlytext allowed that is set using standardcapitalization.

The headline may be placed aboveor below the graphic element. If it isplaced above the graphic element(without copy lines) then theheadline may consist of two to threedifferent font sizes (the exampleshows 38pt, 18pt and 32pt) in orderto create an impression of speed andmovement.Font: PraxisLogo placement: The logo may beplaced top left or on the bottom ofthe page depending on the placementof the headline.

High Speed Services Stripe

The network map is an important element of theRailteam communication. Through it is the Railteamproduct carried outwards directly. The network map isbeing used in different media (for example in brochures,press releases, posters, banners, websites, etc.)

The network map with all here depicted elements is availablein a horizontal and a vertical version. If depicted in sizeDINA5 or smaller the high speed services stripe is omitted.The Railteam logo is always placed on a light backgroundwith sufficient distance to the other graphic elements.

Download network mapThe here complied templates are available as EPS files. TheRailteam logo, the graphic element, the partner logo stripe,the high speed services stripe and text element (in anoutlined version) are included. Depending on the layout anddesired design do these elements require to be removedmanually. The templates have been compressed for transfer.

Poster

The design of posters offers different design possibilities. For example as anoverview map with network map or for marketing purposes it may include thegraphic element.

PosterThe network map may be used onposters. The headline is placed in thetop area on top of the graphic element.

Poster without network mapFor poster designs may the graphicelement be used as well. As shown inthe examples below may the headlinebe placed on the graphic element orabove it.



Counter Design / Information Point

The counter as a point of sale marks the beginning of a travel chain. TheRailteam appears on counters in various ways depending if it is a Railteaminformation stand, an information stand of a Railteam partner or a generalinformation stand. Here are some design models of possible Railteamcounters shown. The design theme needs to be converted and applied to theexisting architectural elements.

Counter designsThe Railteam corporate design can be applied to counters and room dividers indifferent ways. Three elements are being combined: the Railteam logo, thepartner logo stripe and the colored graphic element.

Railteam CounterMandatory for use on counters andinformation stands are: the Railteamlogo, the high speed services stripe, thenetwork map and if possible thegraphic element. The network mapshould be placed in direct proximity ofthe counter/information stand.

Railteam logo and high speed servicesstripe must be present in anappropriate size, while the Railteamlogo is of higher importance and shouldbe depicted larger.



Attention: Counters and information stands use instead ofthe ICE logo on the high speed services stripe the DB brand.

Glass or mirrored surfacesIn order to ensure that the Railteam logo maintains alwaysgood visibility is the outlined version of the logo used onmirrored surfaces and glass.

Mobile DeskThe described elements are being usedhere as well by taking all availablesurfaces into account.

Non-dedicated Railteam informationpoint—carrier-specific informationpointOn Railteam information stands ofRailteam cooperation partners is theRailteam logo, the high speed servicesstripe and if possible the network mapmandatory. If it is not possible to placethe high speed services stripe close tothe Railteam logo, then a negativeversion of the stripe is being used ondistalblue background to ensure visualcontiguity.



Non-dedicated Railteam informationpoint—general information pointGeneral information spots use theRailteam logo and depending onconditions the network map.

Banner

Banners may be informative, colorful,reserved or communicate amarketing message independent oftheir presented content.



Signage

Railteam spaces are represented by the Railteam logo aswell. In order to ensure a proper marking the Railteammark needs to maintain a width of 100mm.
