160,000 User Portal – Reporting Challenges*

Portal in production for several years with almost no usage tracking

(metrics) into what content was most used

Over course of 3 years, portal experienced “content stall” and no

reliable way to thin out flop pages

SAP Activity Data Collector and Portal Activity report required
