Step 1- Create your free birth chart by visiting https://www.astro.com/. Step 2- Sign in as a free guest user or create a free user account. Step 3- Enter your birth data in the blank spaces (note formats: day – month – year + check PM times listed in a 24-hour clock). Step 4- Click the “continue” button after your data is entered. Step 5- You may first see your natal chart appear. Step 6- Now find and hover on where it says “Free Horoscopes” on top left. Step 7- Then click on bottom right for the “Extended Chart Selection” highlighted in gray as shown below (second line down from “Drawings & Calculations”). Step 8- Click on the + symbol next to “Display and calculation options” to open this section; check mark the boxes for “True Node” and “Descending Node”. Step 9- Click on the + symbol next to “Additional objects” to highlight “Pars Fortunae” and “Chiron” in blue. Step 10- NOTE: This page is also where you add the two groups of asteroid numbers inside the “Manual entry” box on right. Add these asteroid numbers: 22, 84, 62, 27, 18, 33, 81, 23, 30 [Names: Calliope, Clio, Erato, Euterpe, Melpomene, Polyhymnia, Terpsichore, Thalia, Urania] Step 11- After entering the first asteroid group, click on the bottom right button “Click here to show the chart”. **Skip ahead to Step 15 to download and save this chart for reference**. Step 12- You’ll see these asteroids added to your natal chart. Review and jot down any that aspect your natal planets or points like AC, MC, or Part of Fortune by conjunction or opposition within a 3-5° orb. You may also want to note any squares, sextiles, trines too as some astrologers use these. Step 13- Go back to the previous page so you can now enter the second group of asteroids in the “Manual entry” box and again click on the bottom right button “Click here to show the chart”. Add these asteroid numbers: 80, 946, 713, 114, 2876, 12608, 31824 [Names: Sappho, Poesia, Luscinia, Kassandra, Aeschylus, Aesop, Elatus] Again, review and jot down any that are in aspect to your natal planets or points like AC, MC, or Part of Fortune within a 3-5° orb. Step 14- Go back to the previous page and now only enter in the “Manual entry” box any of the above asteroid numbers that are in aspect to planets or objects in your natal chart for a better look at your personal asteroids for creative writing. **Step 15- You may wish to save both charts as PNG files by right clicking on the charts, and scrolling your mouse to select “Save Image As”, and then download them to your computer.
