Grief Coaching Initial Consultation – up to 15 minutes consultation with a Grief Coach. Death & Grief Anxiety Support – 1-hour block, booked in 1-hour increments- conversations in a coaching manner around the topic of death and grief. Grief Coaching – 1-hour blocks – (5 block minimum) via phone or Zoom or in person if current conditions allow. Companioning – 1-hour blocks – a doula will be fully present to spend time with you. Appropriate for dying folx, folx living alone or for family and caregivers. Vigil – 1-hour blocks – (4 block minimum) a doula will be fully present through the final moments. Respite – 1-hour blocks – A doula will sit in for family caregivers to help avoid compassion fatigue. Advance Care/Living Will/Directive Planning – 1 hour per person - A doula will provide the paperwork for a Living Will and Healthcare Power of Attorney, explain any terms, answer any questions, and notarize your signature. Memorial Planning – 1-hour blocks – designing a secular funeral, memorial, or celebration of life. (Approximately 4 hours) Memorial Planning and Officiating – 1-hour blocks – designing a secular funeral, memorial, or celebration of life and officiating the memorial in a place designated by the family. (approximately 8 hours – additional expenses may be incurred) Payment Policy: Astral Dragonfly operates on a “Pay as You Can” model. You may choose the hourly rate that ranges from $20 - $100, with a suggested rate of $60/hour. We ask that clients choose the rate they will pay prior to contract signing. Payments may be made in advance or at the time of service. For contracts that include a vigil, a non-refundable retainer of 4 hours will be due at contract signing.
