we are trying to establish the underpinnings for a new way ofoperat ing WSD, one which wil-1 draw more people in as act ivepart icipants (to get more members involved and to alleviate burnoutfor current workers) . one group of us is dev is ing check l is ts o ftasks involved in carrying out WSD unctions, which wil l eventuallybe used to develop posit ion descript ions for the jobs that need tobe done to run the club.
