The Operation & Maintenance management system as an enterprise web enabled solution for all

municipalities all over Palestine; the project covers the operations and maintenance of roads and

public buildings within systematic workflow processes (June 2016 – December 2017).

Responsibilities: Responsible for managing, restructuring, redeveloping, and updating 20+ software applications

that computerize the academic and administrative processes at the university, all of these

applications are in-house developed at the IT unit that I was the director of. These applications

include and not limited to: financial system, registration system, academic system, library

system... etc.

4. Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, Malaysia (March 1st 2010 –August 1st 2012).

Leading a research group specialized in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence research.

An advisor for linking the university with industrial IT companies for bridging the gap between

the academic and industrial knowledge of the students.

5. Vedel It Services Sdn Bhd. (European Company Located in Kuala Lumpur), (Oct 5th 2009 – Feb

28th2010)

Customer: SEB (Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken) - Swedish bank.

Position: Senior Java Developer.

Responsibilities: Involved in building the back-end server engines for SEB pension portal that has a large number of concurrent users. My role included designing, developing, implementing and maintaining the portal. I was a part of a team that was responsible for creating new features and improving existing applications to meet the changing needs of SEB business and customers.

6. SerindIT UUM Sdn. Bhd (Nov 15th 2006 – Sep 29th2009)

Position: Manager of the university training center, Java Consultant &Java Team Leader.

Responsibilities:Training Center Manager for the training department of UUM University, Java consultant, J2EE Trainer, and a Java Team Leaderat R&D department of Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM).

Islam Malaysia (USIM).

Technologies used: JSP, MYSQL, Netbeans IDE, and JBoss Application Server.

MOHE (Ministry of Higher Education) Dynamic questionnaire generation system to generate

dynamic and changeable questionnaires.

Technologies used: JSP, JavaBeans, and JBoss Application Server.

Reusable code for many tasks. One of these tasks was to generate statistical reports. This code

can be customized and plugged to any J2EE software.

Technologies used: JSP, JavaBeans, and Tomcat web Server.

Web component development using JSP (Java Server Pages) and JavaBeans. Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) including Java, JSP, EJB, JSF and UML. I'd delivered a special J2EE course of 60 hours for the programmers of the Palestinian Mobile

Company (JAWWAL). I'd delivered a special J2EE course of 200 hours for theministry of finance programmers.

Got a fund for a full incubation training period in Jordan Amman to train me and the team under me on the entrepreneurship and startup incubation processes and techniques - “the competition was held and funded by the Mercy Corps organization”.
