M.Sc. m Agricultural Chemistry or M.Sc. inChemistry with specialization either in OrganicChemistry or Analytical Chemistry from arecognized University or Institution.

B. EXPERIENCE:

Three years' practical experience of work relating toanalysis of Pesticides using modern· sophisticatedanalytical instruments such as Fourier TransformInfrared Spectroscopy, High performance liquidchromatography, Gas Liquid Chromatography, etc.In a Central Government or State GovernmentDepartment or Public Sector Undertaking orAgricultural University or in an Autonomous orStatutory or Semi-Government Organization or many recognized Research Institution or Councils.

7. Desirable Doctorate Degree ill Agricultural Chemistry orDoctorate Degree in Chemistry (with Researchworkon Pesticides related subjects) from a recognizedUniversity.

8. Duties and Analysis of pesticides & residues by latest physic-responsibilities attached to chemical methods, training, research &the post development work on modern instrumental

methods. Determination of pesticidescontamination In environment. National surveyson: - (i) residue analysis to determine extent ofcontamination of food commodities and assist inestablishment of tolerance limits (ii)Quality controlof pesticides formulations as per ISI specifications.
