satisfy their needs . It blends elements from psychology, sociology, social
anthropology and economics. So when any person buy any product then used it
then one day he/she may dispose that product that is called consumer Behavior.
Types of the customer:1. Loyalists: Those who are either loyalist or who keep purchasing. They are
good for the company.those types of the customers are basically not betreying
with the company .
Examples: HATIL always try to increase the number of the loyalists. As HATIL
always track their customer’s details so they can easily determine that which customers
are become their loyal customers. They find them not only to track them but also they
provide special gift to those loyalists in some special occasions.
2. Apostles: Those who are always satisfy and always try to provide positive
word of mouth for the company. & these types of customer are very good for the
company.

Product Based: Now – a - days HATIL become one of the best furniture. Behind
this some image also works which is actually created by the apostles. These customers
not only buy the product of the HATIL but also help to spread the positive image about
the product by their positive word of mouth.

company furniture. And his impression of this product is neutral.
4. Terrorists: Those who have had negative experience with the company and
who provide negative word of mouth. These types of customer always bad for the
company.
Examples: Actually we know that terrorists customers are very much dangerous for
the company. So HATIL was very much concern about these sort of customers while
operating their business. They were very carefully about the proper satisfaction about
the product. But some people or consumers are always spread negative words of mouth
to the people whether they are satisfied or not about the product. So every company has
to face or ignored smartly to these types of customers.

product again from this company if they get good offer that but he is bound to get it ,

Examples:6. Mercenaries: They have no loyalty. They can take off at any time whenever

Psychoanalysis and psychodynamic theory have described the process by
which we protect ourselves from awareness of our undesired and feared

In this picture this person captured his fault and behaved like a baby.

our imagination to escape from reality into a fictitious world a world of success or pleasure. "When I find myself in a bad situation like this,
I just like to imagine that I am on a warm beach, sun bathing with the sound of the waves washing away my problems
Identification
Identification can be an attempt to overcome inferiority by taking on the characteristics of someone important, such as a parent or teacher, but it is often part of a more natural development process. In the former, the individual feels that doing so will help her to be perceived as worthwhile, and self-worth is enhanced. Identification is adaptive in that it creates a process of assuming culturally appropriate behaviors, but it can also be negative when it is used to mask feelings of inferiority.

different psychological traits of the consumers.
HORNEYS CAD THEORY:
This theory is mainly based on 3 different personalities. Those are:
1. Complaint personality.
2. Aggressive personality.
3. Detached personality.
Product based: As our findings most of the customers of the HATIL they are complaints
personality. Because they will purchase those products in their office and house this will be
appreciated by others.
CONSUMERS INNOVATIVE NEEDS VS DOGMATISM:As our findings or survey over the HATIL we came to realize that the most of the
customers of the HATIL is the innovators. They do not have the mentality like the
dogmatism. HATIL always offering the new and innovative furniture’s to the
customers and their growing business is one of the main indicators about their
customer’s innovativeness.
Conclusion:
At the end of the terms we can say that the hatil have a overall good image to the
customers. And it’s maximum buyers are basically positive mentality. So from the
beginning of the journey of Hatil has adopted different types of changes and
maintaining a good standard over the 65 years in the country and it’s reputation is also
add with it’s convenience of getting ISO 9001-2008 certificate which is the making it’s
brand image’s so far strong then previous. That’s the perspective we can say that it is
