Open Create and Click Query Design

The Show Table will show up and Click Add

Select all at Jabatan and drag to the Field

Open Database Tools and click Relationships.

Click Show Table. Trick Jabatan and Jawatan . Then click Add.

Drag Jabatan to Jawatan. Edit Relationships will show up. Trick Enforce Referential Intergrity, Cascade Update Relted Fields, and Cascade Delete Related Records. Click Create.
