6 Job Evaluation of NSU graduates Job Evaluation of NSU graduates I interviewed five NSU graduates (A Project Manager, A Head of Specialized Solutions, A Senior Manager of Sales and Trading, An Executive, customer care and An Executive (export) for the purpose of knowing their salary scale, their job responsibilities, qualifications, their educational background, salary etc. Basically I tried to find out whether their job inputs (education, skill, effort, qualities) match with their output (salary/wage, facilities, compensation) or not. These are the questions that I asked them to analysis their job: Name and Personal Information’s ( age, marital status) Educational background Name of the company they are working with Their position What are the responsibilities according to their job Current job duration Previous experience in other organizations ( if any) What are the qualifications that they have? Are those enough for their job or not? What is your salary level? What kind of bonuses or incentives are they getting? Are they satisfies with the compensation system of the organization? Dose the salary level meet their life expenses or not? Personal opinion or comments about their life or job ( if any)

Mr. Manzur is satisfied with his hob. His payment is fair and he thinks working here is quite flexible and he can arrange his work hour according to him. Along with his salary he gets some benefits which are enough for him. He has the luxury of flexible working hour that means he has got flexible working hour, he can start at any time at the office. He gets yearly bonuses on festivals.

He is quite satisfied with his salary and other benefits. Because his salary is enough to meet up his monthly expenses. The working environment is really good and he is enjoying his job a lot. So he is not thinking about switching the job. If he will get another job better than this job, he can switch.

According to Mr. Taif Rahman, he is somewhat satisfied but the level of satisfaction in not up to the mark. His rooster is quite hassled and sometimes creates problems to balance. Otherwise he is happy with whatever he is earning.

The working environment is very good and clean. As a beginner I think I am happy.

According to Mr. Aqueeb Kader he is satisfied. But he thinks there are scopes he can improve but with the growth of the country certain growths seem to be impossible. He is not happy with the amount of salary. So he is searching for job with a better amount.

Mrs. Sakiba spends much time in writing proposal, reports and promotional briefs, giving presentations for the foreign buyers and developing new strategies and ideas.

She as an executive has a very good organizational skill, the ability to work to deadlines quickly and accurately and within a set budget.

He is satisfied with his job. He works very hard and has a good reputation in the company for his performance. Recently he has been asked for a higher post in the company which will apply next month.
