Scan

Any relevant media may be scanned, regardless ofsize, condition or format e.g. architectural drawings,block plans and microfilms etc. The scannedimages can be saved to DVD/CD or a documentmanagement system, which can save on requiredstorage space and retrieval time. Cad-Capturecan assist you in the search for existing media.

Walkthrough

The walkthrough service involves an on-sitecomparison with your existing media. Detailssuch as room numbers, usage and minormodifications are recorded and incorporated intothe intelligent CAD file.

Survey

Cad-Capture’s surveying services range fromexternal and internal area surveys through to fullmeasured building surveys, using laser measuringequipment. Any of these services can be specificallytailored to suit your requirements.

Maintenance

Various levels of maintenance can be supplied. For example:

• Annotated drawings are provided to Cad-Captureand the intelligent CAD file is updated andreturned to you as a new revision

• An annual or on-demand contract whereby Cad-Capture’s surveyors visit each site, record all changes and incorporate them into theintelligent CAD files

Enhancements
