Keywords: Interior Air Quality; Formaldehyde, TVOCs, Particulate Maters, Loading Factors 室内施工环境因子对空气质量影响之研究 吴灿中 1 ,范纲俊 2 1. 中原大学 室内设计研究所,台湾 桃园 32023 2. 中原大学 创新整合设计研究中心,台湾 桃园 32023 要:室内空气质量对于所谓室内健康环境造成重要的影响。本研究透过实证检测方法,了解装修现场的空气质量, 以让装修工程作业人员可以藉由实证的结论对于自身的工作时的防护有更正确的认识。结果显示污染物质,包括甲醛、 TVOCs 及悬浮微粒的浓度与风速有不同的相对关系。代表装修量的装修负荷率也显示与污染物质的浓度无明显的关系。 关键词:室内空气质量、甲醛、挥发性有机化合物质、悬浮微粒、装修负荷率 引言 随着经济与教育的进步与成长,人们对于生活质量的要求也愈来愈高,对于室内健康环境的要求也日益 增加 [1] 。所以台湾的绿建筑指标也增加了室内健康与环境指标而成为九大指标。台湾也在 2011 年通过「室 内空气品质管理法」来确保室内空气质量的最低标准。室内健康与环境指标被以可以量化的室内空气污染控 制、室内绿建材与空气净化设备以及预防生物污染等指标来评量,这是一个相当正面的开始。室内健康环境 实践程序一般被认为从室内空气质量(IAQ - Indoor Air Quality)作起。 近年来除了新完工之建筑的室内设计与装修需求之外,既有建筑物为了延续其生命周期与提升适居性, 进行再次室内设计及装修的可能性都相当的高。多数的设计师在进行装修的设计行为时,基本上都希望可以 提供业主绿建材与绿色设计的选项,这表示近年来社会对于环境与健康的需求与认知也逐渐的增加。可是根 Louise Jones 在其书中提到 Beecher 1999 年对 100 位非住宅的室内设计师调查的研究结果显示,其中 83%相信他们有责任义务对业主提供对环境负责的解决方案;但却只有 37%已经这样做 [2] 。大多数的设计师 对于产品与材料的制造过程并不熟悉,所以如果运用不当的建材,就容易造成室内环境因为过量与不当的材 料使用,而使得所产生化学污染物质经由装修材料逸散到空气中,影响室内空气质量并对人们的健康造成影 响,也影响工作场所的生产力 [3],[4]
