TASK STREAM CONTRACT UPDATE
• CEOL has paid for TS during years 1 and 2• Course Assessment Fee has been approved• Fee takes effect Fall 2010• Must identify program advisors to help with the administration of student accounts
• Students may need support with use of registration key code, self-enrollment (program) code, posting video and office files, etc.

ACCREDITATION PLAN/TIMELINE1. NCATE/CCTC Joint Visit – CONFIRMED: April
10, 20112. NCATE Institutional Report due six months
prior – October 10, 20103. This IR will be written by a central writing
team and based on the Self-Assessments (using Biennial Report as template)
4. CCTC programs write BR’s and others write self-assessments (based on the BR template)• BR’s and Self Assessments due
August 15, 2010
5. The IR writing team to prepare the final NCATE report for submission by October 10, 2010
6. Off-site review happens around December 20107. Time is given to refine our representation of
