When design is validated & verified this is rolled out on Radan 2013 CAD/CAM (Fast track system), of which we also do the majority of system design and programming. The service makes it easy for users to select from a number of features in order to create an overall doorset that meets specific project require-ments. Factory Facility
We have a dedicated 50,000 ft² of state-of-the-art purpose-built production facility for steel doors and a further 10,000 ft² of production space for high security timber doors. Our production line combines highly skilled expertise from our workforce with computer controlled manufacturing to ensure wide ranging and consistent high quality steel doorsets. Consistent high quality is assured using fully integrated technology between computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing equipment both for steel and timber product with highly skilled staff for final assembly.
Polyester Powder Coat Plant and door finishing
Steel doors and frames are finished on our fully-automated polyester powder coating lines. The highest quality paint finishes are produced which are both uniform and highly durable. Timber doorsets can be finished in a wide selection of wood veneers, laminates or paint finishes.
Quality Assurance
We operate a quality management system that has been assessed and accredited by the Loss Prevention Council to EN ISO 9001:2000 This stringent quality control system is implemented throughout the company and through all stages of production from goods inwards to final inspection of the project on site
Fire Test Evidence
Doors have been tested at Exova Warrington fire to BS 476 part 22 & BS EN 1634-1 standards. We also offer our clients greater assurance through on-going third party assessment under the Certifiers Accreditation Scheme. Our Fire doors are approved for use on the London Underground and we have one of the most extensive fire test evidence portfolios available for a steel door manufacturer.
Security Test evidence
Both Steel and Timber doors have been independently tested by the LPCB to achieve a range of security Standards in accordance to LPS1175 security standard. Other independent security tests have been carried out including those to Governmental standards, and for blast and ballistic resistance.

Factory Assembly, Commissioning and Delivery to Site
All doors are fully assembled and commissioned with associated hardware in the factory to ensure you receive a complete and fully functioning product. This in-house also reduces packaging waste on site which can be controlled through our recycling facilities. Doors are then prepared for dispatch and can be covered with protective (recyclable) packaging and supplied to site as completed doorsets. This ensures each doorset is supplied to site with maximum efficiency and minimal on-site complication.
Site Installation Team
We directly employ fully-trained site installation teams. Each site engineer is trained to the highest levels of site safety and modern-day construction procedures. All our site personnel hold CSR certifica-tion and have extensive experience of working large venue related projects.
